Perched on the 3rd floor of Building D, our 729-square-foot condo is a comfortable home base for beach days, pool afternoons, exploring St. Augustine or doing absolutely nothing at all. Nautical touches throughout the space keep you connected to the coastal setting, while the laid-back atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile.



You'll even catch a peek of the Atlantic from the condo. It's not oceanfront, but you can see the water and feel the beachy atmosphere from your own space.



The beach is calling.



Ocean Village offers private community beach access, about a 7-minute walk (0.3 miles) from the condo. Grab your towel, beach bag and sunscreen and head down for a morning swim, a walk along the shore, shell hunting or an afternoon in the sand.



Back at Ocean Village, there's plenty to enjoy without ever getting in the car. Take a dip in the community pool, play tennis or pickleball, work out, or simply find a sunny spot and embrace the art of doing less.



And because the simple life is better with the whole family, your four-legged family members are welcome, too. 🐾



When you're ready for a change of scenery, historic downtown St. Augustine is about 15 minutes away, with centuries of history, local restaurants, shops and plenty to explore.
