Anastasia Lodge-Family & Dog Friendly Beach Cottage

Welcome to Anastasia Lodge!

Tucked away in a peaceful beachside neighborhood just steps from the ocean, this charming two-bedroom, two-bath Florida cottage offers over 1,790 square feet of living space, providing plenty of room to unwind. With a split bedroom layout, you'll enjoy added privacy. Anastasia Lodge features Wi-Fi and cable, with a large flat-screen TV in the living room and TVs in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for making breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after exploring the Nation's oldest city. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids or a furry friend (up to 45 lbs, $200 pet fee) to play, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet. Off-street parking is also available in the driveway.

Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* $200 If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax

House is convenient to the beach, Anastasia State Park, and walking distance to many restaurants. In a quiet little neighborhood being a block off A1A. House was spotless and the fenced yard secure for two terriers.

Older home in great location, close to restaurants and beach. Home was clean with newer kitchen Great backyard if you bring a dog. Check in was easy and manager was responsive.

The place was perfect. Large bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The yard was amazing and relaxing with more than enough room for our dogs to explore. The location was within walking distance to everything you could want.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and central to everything else we wanted to do near St Augustine. The house is spacious and had a large, private, fenced in yard for our dog which was awesome. It was nice to be able to walk to the local restaurants and a short drive to historic downtown. Being able to park in the dedicated driveway in front of the house was nice too. I highly recommend for location and space.

Summer beach trip with the dogs.

An Enjoyable Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard was perfect for my 2 littles to run and play. It was spacious enough for us to spread out after a long day to relax and a very close walk to the beach. There were a few lizards/bugs in the house but it wasn’t too big of a deal - it’s Florida after all.

Short trip

We enjoyed our stay at the home. Had one issue with hot water heater not working when we arrived. The repair qas finished in a timely manner. Also keep an eye on air it wants to go to default setting of 75. The yard was fenced in with a nice tall fence. Neighborhood was nice and quite. We drove to the park instead of walking to beach. Drive was about 2 minutes if that. Plenty of towels and large washer and dryer. Will stay here again. Maybe a 10 to 15 minute ride to historic st augustine. Salt life restaurant was close and was good.

A great location, tucked away on a quiet street, short walk to everything.

What a great little spot. A short walk to the nearest beach access (beside the Embassy Suites on the State Park side), and an easy walk down the beach to all sorts of dining and drinking options. The dogs loved the fenced in yard, and basking in the sun. No complaints about our stay, and will keep this property on our short list if we opt to return to St Augustine.

Great location

This house is in a great location. Excellent backyard for the dog. Stayed here in June and everything was wonderful but since then the shower in the main bathroom isn’t working well. Both bathrooms need updating and the toilet runs and the faucet drips. Other than that great stay. Just update the bathrooms.
