Il s'agit d'une efficacité située dans un grand chalet avec une entrée privée. Vous avez une chambre privée / salon, salle de bains et kitchenette.

C'est un super endroit au coeur du centre-ville d'Orlando, près d'une tonne de restaurants, de la vie nocturne, du Dr. Centre Philips, aréna Amway et lac Eola. Publix est accessible à pied. Il y a une kitchenette équipée avec évier, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes (pas de cuisinière). Hulu w showtime, Netflix et amazon prime.
L'unité est privée avec entrée séparée, salle de bain et cuisine. Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un studio. C'est un petit endroit où planter.

Great Rental!

This property may be small but provided everything we needed for our short stay in Orlando. We were able to walk all around downtown and enjoy Lake Eola without needing to drive anywhere.

Even though the outside of the house is somewhat dated, the apartment (#2) was clean, comfortable, and was perfect for a single traveler, and could accommodate a couple as well. There is so much to do nearby (restaurants, cultural events, etc.) that I didn’t spend much time in the room! Would stay here again!

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware and flatware. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Did not have a car, so parking was not something I can report on. Visiting a brother who was a patient at ORMC. The property was perfectly placed to allow me to walk back and forth to the hospital.

We love the location being within walking distance of Lake Eola, especially at Christmas time. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked and the bed comfortable. Our favorite part is the front porch. A great place to have coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at night!

Perfect place to stay for Ado's concert. Good walking distance to the Kia center that gave us plenty of time to get ready. Would definitely recommend if you have an event over there!

Overall excellent location, clean and great communication.My only nitpick is that the window AC unit took many hours to cool down, I had it going for 5 hours (530-1030pm) after checking in and when I came back it still took another 2-3 hours for it to be cool enough for me to sleep. I know everyone has different comfort levels for air temperature, but I would advise any one else staying here to get that thing cranking cool air asap. I also couldn’t figure out how to get the bedroom ceiling fan to work, but I should have communicated with the property owner earlier to ask. Overall a positive experience for sure.

Just to clarify for you and future guests: the property has central air running throughout the house, and the window AC is simply an extra unit for added comfort. I've now added fan operating instructions to the guest info as well, and I'm always just a message away if anything comes up during a stay. Hope to host you again soon!

Great location, close to downtown

Great spot with parking included. It was so close to downtown bars and restaurants. We were in town for a show and it was a perfect stay for the night. Bed was super comfortable too!

We loved the location near Lake Eola. What a charming area in the middle of the city with bird watching, restaurants, parks. Very clean and comfortable.

Its was a nice place, it was perfect for a one night stay. The only thing i would suggest for the property owner is to change the doorknobs for the front door and the bathroom for new ones. The current ones are a bit loose.

This was my second time staying here so I knew what to expect. The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance from downtown and Lake Eola. There is parking at the house which is a rarity in Orlando so that is a major perk. The house is old but kept in good condition. Definitely a nice place if you want to stay in DTO and don’t want to deal with the chaos of the more crowded areas of Orlando.

Wonderful location!! Only a 15 minute walk to Kia center. We even walked right down the block to see Lake Eola! Very cute and simple had a microwave and fridge nice shower and toilet. Bed was actually so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me!!! Great place to stay if you’re in town for a business meeting or concert like I was! Will be booking again!!!!!
