Large studio with full kitchen and work space. Centrally located to all events.
1 off street parking space included.
Unit on second floor must climb stairs.

Owner lives in another unit on premise so please be courteous.

Please note the cosmetics on the exterior of the house are a work in progress.

Within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center. Lake Eola is very close by.

It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.

Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

Super Cute Place

Great neighborhood if you want to be downtown-ish. Afraid it might be a bit noisy given it's across and next to restaurants but it was just fine. Place was super cute and bigger than expected. Big container of coffee on the counter which pleased me....but it was empty :(.

wonderful downtown

place was cleanly and very cute! perfect for me and my boyfriend to see a concert for the weekend in Orlando. Tons of bars and cute stores and RIGHT NEXT to Lake Eola. That said it wasn’t actually walking distance to the Kia Center (formerly Amway) it was more like 30-35 minutes- which we were ok with, but just a heads up! Also since it is in a split building with other units, it’s easy to hear each other, however, most of our stay everyone was respectful & quiet. Great, clear communication from renter. Definitely recommend!

Two Night Stay

The property should not be made available under its current condition. The furnishings were inadequate, ie, lack of kitchen ware, ice trays/maker, lack of drapes or shades on the street front windows (light illuminated the sleeping area all night), the fire egress had a key lock deadbolt?????. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. Had you reached out to me I could have tried to bring any kitchen things you needed. The sun room is behind a wall and no light shines through. There is a key right by the emergency exit to get out if needed. A second exit is not required based on the square footage however it is accessible if needed.

Great location

The price was certainly a value for the location. I was very pleased with the value. That being said, there are some small things that were not great. The front is all windows with no covering. So at night the room was flooded with light from the street lights. The “closet” is obviously not a closet, but a hole in the wall being passed off as a closet. And, I don’t know that anything could be done, but at night we could hear everything going on outside. People talking and cars speeding down the cobblestone road. I do understand that the building is a work in progress though.

Hi, I’m sorry you didn't have a 5 star stay. This home is in a downtown city area and the listing states there is potential for noise. I will be covering the windows with curtains to avoid any more issues with light.
