We enjoyed this property, amazing sunrises it was very clean and comfy had a few hiccups but staffing was absolutely great on communication, we will be back!

The location was great!The condo needs new furniture or the owner should at least clean the living room furniture and the carpet in guest room.We made due by covering the living room furniture with sheets from the guest bedroom.

This is by far my favorite stay. Watched the sunrise from bed everyday. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I love that from every window, you see the ocean. We will be back

Excellent view and access to the beach and the rest of the island.

The only fault would be the lack of a kuerig coffee maker and the soap provided did not produce a lather. It would also be nice to explain what can be recycled and where recycle goes. All around great place. Thank you, Leveille’s

Always a great time at the Surf and Racquet Club!

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on a perfect stretch of beach on the south end of Amelia Island. A perfect place for a relaxing stay with the family or a partner. There are two sparkling pools, clay tennis courts, and access to a stunning section of the beach during the day and the night! It is also close to a great grocery store and all of the other Amelia/Fernandina attractions. The unit itself is well appointed and the management is very responsive should you need anything. Highly recommended!!!

Views were great as well as the beach. However given the rental price of the property unit needs updating . The carpeting in the bedrooms needs to be replaced with tile or laminate - smelly. Mattresses certainly could be better.

Nice property and place, but it is getting older. All the outlets would be good to replace, they are worn out and some would not work well.

Great condo with fabulous ocean views!

We had a great stay at your lovely condo. The views from the condo and balconies were wonderful! We really enjoyed watching the sun rises! The only issue was the key to the property parking lot was difficult to turn, and sometimes I had to get out of my vehicle to open the gate. Otherwise, we had a terrific stay and would look forward to staying again at your condo. Thanks!

Thank you for booking your stay with us at Amelia Island Vacations. We regret that you were not able to arrive on your expected date and could only enjoy our beautiful island for only 2 of the 4 days you booked. Unfortunately we have a set, firm rental agreement that we strictly abide by to make every booking go as smoothly as possible. This is for, not only the office, but for the guests as well. We also offer Traveler's Insurance at each booking for unfortunate situations such as a delayed flight. We are happy you were able to enjoy some time at our property when you arrived on the 29th. We reached out and responded to give you the gate code you requested and we are happy you were able to check in through the gate. We hope you will consider renting with us again in the future, I assure you we always try our best to make each guest's stay a very pleasant and memorable one. -Amelia Island Vacations

A beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. The only reason my sister & I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was because the beds looked like they were thrown together. We didn’t check in until after 4:00. But maybe the cleaning person needed more time to really clean.
