Condo de luxe au centre-ville de Ketchum avec vue sur Baldy

Soyez notre invité pour profiter de notre magnifique condo du centre-ville de Ketchum. Ce spacieux condo de 2200 pieds carrés est de plain-pied au 2e étage. Il propose 3 chambres (1 lit king, 2 reines) avec de nouveaux meubles de salon, salle à manger et chambre. La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit avec de nouveaux plats, ustensiles et tous les appareils possibles. Finement aménagé dans chaque pièce, y compris un téléviseur intelligent de 75 "avec son surround dans le salon. Écoutez votre musique préférée sur notre Sonos ou utilisez l'Apple TV pour diffuser vos films et vidéos.

Réveillez-vous dans la grande suite principale avec une vue imprenable sur Baldy ou prenez un bain dans la baignoire à jets, ou sortez sur le pont et profitez de la vue avec une tasse de café. Profitez de la marche vers certains des meilleurs restaurants, galeries d'art, boutiques et divertissements nocturnes du centre-ville de Ketchum. Nous sommes situés à 1 pâté de maisons de l'épicerie Atkinson et à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la rue Main pour prendre le bus public gratuit vers l'une ou l'autre zone de base pour skier sur Baldy.

Pas besoin de louer une voiture quand on est si proche de tout. Mountain Rides est notre service de bus local qui propose des navettes régulières vers et depuis l'aéroport. Si vous avez un véhicule, nous avons de la place pour une voiture dans notre propre garage privé. (Restrictions de hauteur 6 '8 ") Beaucoup de rangement pour les skis, les vélos, les clubs de golf, etc.

Pour votre commodité, nous proposons un bureau d'ordinateur avec une imprimante / scanner WiFi afin que vous puissiez vous attaquer à ceux qui ne sont pas à la maison ou imprimer vos cartes d'embarquement.

En hiver et au printemps, Sun Valley possède certaines des meilleures pistes de ski du pays. En été et en automne, vous êtes à quelques minutes de la randonnée et du vélo et de toute la beauté des environs. Notre condo est idéal pour les couples partageant des vacances ensemble ou les familles avec des enfants plus âgés.

Wonderful Sun Valley Condo!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend and definitely recommend staying here. The condo is in a great location, very walkable to everything in town and was very well equipped. It’s spacious with plenty of room for 6 adults (3 couples), clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. 10/10

Beautiful accommodations

We loved the location, size and decorations in the condo. It was unseasonably warm when we arrived, but thankfully fans had been provided. We found the beds and bedding very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. We were in for a family wedding and loved the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful condo and loved our stay.

Wonderful home w/ perfect in town location

Our family had a wonderful four nights in this modern, spacious 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Ketchum. Love the location, the kitchen is fabulous, the garage is large and quite convenient, and the entire unit felt like home. Would certainly recommend and intend to return.

I would stay again.

I enjoyed by stay. I would stay again, rooms are clean and well appointed. It is well described. I do have to mention there is no air conditioning, it was too hot to stay in mid-day in July.

Perfect Place in Sun Valley!

We spent Christmas week in Sun Valley and this condo surpassed all our expectations! It is warm, inviting, spacious and had every amenity we could ask for. The location was great for walking into town for dining and shopping and the shuttle stop to the mountain was just steps away. Becky was very helpful and always quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Since we have been coming to Sun Valley our whole life we have had the pleasure of staying in many, many rentals. This property, hands down, is the best place to stay for the accessibility to downtown Ketchum to enjoy the world class restaurants and entertainment. The free public bus can take you to the base of the mountain for your day of skiing or anywhere that might be too far to walk. For us, it was an ideal place to call our home.
