Situé à Carolina Beach, ce condo Winds V1 récemment rénové et impeccable est situé sur Carolina Beach Ave N, JUSTE À QUELQUES BLOCS DE LA PROMENADE, DES RESTAURANTS ET DES MAGASINS. Le salon et la terrasse offrent une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique. Le patio de la chambre principale offre une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil sur le canal. Well stocked condo. Perfect distance from the boardwalk: walkable but not within earshot. Third floor is the fourth level on the building which makes for a great view for those who have no issues ascending stairs. Lots of chairs and beach toys. Clean pool. Attentive and responsive host. Plenty of plates, bowls, pots, etc.

The home is beautiful and set up well for our family. Ms. Cindy, our host, was so helpful and checked in with us the day or and during our stay. She was able to make recommendations for local restaurants and things to do for our family. The beach view is unparalleled and completely unobstructed, absolutely gorgeous for sunrises and in the back off the master the is a bay view as well.

Great location and views! Super easy access to the beach and beautiful sunrises. On Thursday nights there are fireworks, which you can see from the balcony. Other reviewers mentioned issues with towels and parking. We didn’t have a car, so parking wasn’t a problem, but we agree more bath towels are needed. The beach chairs and toys were a nice bonus, but the chairs need some TLC. If you’re driving, bring your own. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of four. The ocean views were gorgeous, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying breakfast on the balcony each morning. The beach was just a quick two-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient.The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly addressing the few minor questions we had during our stay. We also appreciated having access to the pool and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including paper products, soaps, sponges, spices, and other kitchen basics, which made settling in easy.The only thing worth noting is the parking arrangement. Parking is underneath the building in rows of three vehicles, so you may occasionally need to move your car or ask another guest to move theirs. It wasn't a major inconvenience for us, but it's helpful to know in advance.Overall, we had an excellent vacation and would gladly stay here again. The location was fantastic, with easy bike access to shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. Highly recommended!

Perfect relaxing weekend.

The place was just as described. The hosts communicated very well and the property is walking distance to everything but not so close you get all the noise. Steps to the beach and had everything we needed. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Great beachfront spot for our family.

We had an amazing few days here! The owners were great to work with, easy check in. The condo kitchen was well stocked and they even had beach toys we could use! We would definitely book this condo again. We loved being walking distance from the downtown boardwalk as well.

The beachside deck view was absolutely worth it—we had a front-row seat to the fireworks from our own private spot. It was great being able to step right onto the beach anytime, with shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk all within walking distance. The owners were very pleasant and easy to get a hold of for any issues that might arise.That said, there are a few drawbacks to be aware of: parking can be tricky, and the three-and-a-half flights of stairs may be challenging for elderly guests, anyone with mobility issues, or those not in the best shape. The cookware was also showing wear, with flaking Teflon, so if you plan on cooking much, you may want to bring your own. Still, this seems fairly common for vacation rentals in the area.

We had an absolute blast in the area! We were in town with 15 family members and this was the perfect retreat for us at the end of the night. The beach was so close and was amazing to listen to at night. The place was clean with just the right amenities. We will be back for sure! Cindy was also responsive with the few questions I had.

This condo is right on the beach and the balcony is wonderful. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were very comfortable. Robin was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We would love to stay here again!

Very fun experience with the kids!! Beach stayed sunny and the night walks were absolutely exciting!! Boardwalk is only a few minutes of a walk away and the restaurant selection is great!! I love that there's an urgent care across the street from the Food Lion down the road. Definitely will be booking here again!!

We live in Carolina Beach and truly love it as well as the surrounding area and everything it has to offer. For several years it has been a goal of ours to invest in a property so that we can share this little piece of paradise with others. We looked at many different property options before deciding on this one.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and dining. The views are second to none. Wake up each day to the sunrise over the ocean from the front balcony and watch the sunset in the evening from the back balcony. This unit has many recent updates compared to others in the area.
