This gorgeously constructed cottage includes shiplap walls and ceilings of the highest quality construction throughout. Professionally decorated by Erin Deombeleg of Charlotte Hill Interiors. Central heat and air, Halogen pendent lighting, and gourmet fully equipped kitchen. Sonos music system, expanded cable TV and WiFi. Bedding with Stearns & Foster Thornham Plush Pillow Top Mattress. Beautiful bathroom with marble vanity, marble floors and over sized shower. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries and dish washer and laundry detergent included. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and dining patio. Beautiful landscaping surrounds property. Interior Design by Erin Deombeleg Charlotte Hill Interiors.

Beautiful new home only a few minutes walk to ferry and town. Modern amenities and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beach access across the street with great views of harbor from second floor. Great spot if you’re visiting Nantucket!

We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals on our travels, but this one was my favorite. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. We could see the ocean from side windows, so nice, where there was a small beach. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped.

We have stayed at these cottages for years because they are clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished and the kitchen is a pleasure to use. There are always nice updates of appliances. There is no skimping on quality. Great location and a wonderful host who is always helpful and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!

This is our second time staying at this property because we love it so much! It’s very clean, well equipped, and walkable to town . The views of the harbor are beautiful! The beds are so comfortable and we feel right at home when we stay. The owner is great to work with, responsive, and helpful when we had to unexpectedly leave early due to a Nor’Easter hitting the island. We will definitely be back again!

You can't beat the location!! A bit noisy in the morning hours but overall pleasant. House was clean and well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and towels.

We enjoyed staying at 15C Meader Street. House was very nice, clean, appointed. It was just far enough from downtown and yet close. We walked, took different streets to see more sights. The Wave bus stop was just right there as well. We spent some time on the beach just across the road.

The house was in a great location - very easy to walk downtown. It was clean, well appointed. But note - there is NO hot tub onsite, even though the listing says there is. The hot tub is about .7 miles away at the Nantucket Club. It was misleading. But otherwise loved our stay.

The rental is in a great location - super close to the town center and the Hyline ferry dock. A nice place that easily slept our 4 adults and 1 baby. We had a few issues and the host was quick to respond and help out. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the check out process which I found very inconvenient. Otherwise the home is lovely, the host is helpful, and the location alone is enough reason to book this one again!

Great Location

The home was very clean and well stocked. We had a great time, even though it rained the whole time we were here great location you can walk from the ferry with your luggage no problem . Close to restaurants and shopping.
