Un refroidisseur de vin est disponible dans le grand garage pour 2 voitures et la salle à manger adjacente comprend une belle table à manger en teck et des chaises. Le salon dispose d'un canapé en cuir confortable et de magnifiques fauteuils inclinables en cuir danois avec ottomans qui vous endormiront pendant que vous profiterez du centre de divertissement avec une qualité audio, cd, dvr et une télévision à écran plasma 60 "avec câble et connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Complétant le premier étage est une chambre / salon avec futon / conversion du lit en taille réelle et salle de bain communicante ainsi qu'une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal.

My grandchildren were the ones who stayed at your location. They were pleased to have a home for themselves, inasmuch as they have children, easier to put down at night.

We had 5 adults and we loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms.. I would definetly book this place again. Only concer we had were the chairs in the kitchen nook they we not stable to sit in, very wobly. The location was close to everything. Any questions we had for the host they replied very quickly. Thank you again for the great stay & wonderful vacation.....Wish we could of got some of those Avocados from you neighbor's tree LOL

Had a great visit. A nice location. Liked that all the bedrooms were en suite. Needs more living room seating however. We had 7 people, but living room only sat 5. Other than that, it was great!

We were in town for a wedding. It was a great location for all our activities. The four bedrooms were perfect for our family. Host was very accommodating with an early check in and late departure.

Location was perfect for us. Very helpful to have access to the garage stall for parking. Plenty of bedding & towels. 4 bedrooms with their own baths was wonderful. Floors could’ve been scrubbed cleaner. Nice living space!!

This was the third time we have rented this same property (I grew up in Carpinteria but my parents home is too small to accomodate all of us plus the dog) because the four bedrooms with four full bathrooms can't be beat, especially for the price, location and amenities! The bed in the master bedroom is a bit hard for us but we moved to the end of the hallway upstairs and our son took that room. Everyone was happy. The dining table is a huge plus as it is big enough for everyone to enjoy together. The outdoor seating is also nice when the weather is hot. Our big dog was comfy as well, which is important to us because he is our fourth kid! I can confidently say we will probably rent here again, maybe for the Avocado Festival! We highly recommend this rental over a bunch of hotel rooms that separate everyone. Enjoy!

I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus Beach. Very dog friendly, spacious, well kept. What’s not to like. The next time we head to Carpenteria this will definitely be our first choice to return to. Thank you very much for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

The listing of the property was very misleading. You can’t walk to the beach as the street is too busy and narrow street to do so safely. As mentioned the house faces a very busy street and behind the house is the freeway resulting in a lot of noise. The kitchen cabinets were grungy, utensils and coffee cups were also gross. Bathroom had cheap soap and towels were sparse and thin. There’s also a hidden charge (5 or more guests cost an extra amount) that wasn’t disclosed which I’m hoping will be returned. It was a 4 bedroom house with only 2 tvs. The one in the family room was superb but the other one only worked with dvds. Overall for the money I’d look for another place.

Carpinteria Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Toro Canyon home very much. It was conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit. The home was furnished nicely and it was very clean.

There are lots of positives for this property. You need to drive to the beach, but it is a convenient close location for a quick drive. We had 7 adults and 1 baby. The reason I chose this place was because of the four bedrooms and four bathrooms which accommodated our group very nicely. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed, especially the master suite, which is large. The sound proofing of the house itself was excellent. No one heard the baby crying except the parents. With the windows closed the highway noise was tolerable but I did mark the property down because there is considerable noise from the freeway. One of our cars is a hybrid so the EV charging unit was much appreciated. The large dining table was great. There is a good collection of DVDs. Not sure about the choice to not put the DVD player in the main living room. The kitchen was okay. The staples that you find in some places were missing though, no pepper, or other spices, and no oil for example. Overall we had a good experience and would stay there again if we had another large group.
