Newly listed Gulf front ground floor end unit Beach walkway right near condo.. Lots of light. Many new upgrades New granite ,new cabinets ,tile throughout ,newer washer dryer .Master has king bed ,there are hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa . Views are incredible ,steps from the beach access . A great vacation for the whole family.

Had a great stay with my family! Property was accurately depicted and in a perfect location. The beach was literally out the back door! Will definitely stay here again!

Just perfect for us.

Enjoyed everything about our stay! My husband is not a beach person. This was for my birthday. But he was relaxed and wanted to go again next year!!We liked that it was a smaller condo. And really appreciated the beach set up.

Crystal Sands

We love staying at Crystal Beach and this condo was perfect for me and my husband. Beautiful beach right out your back door! Anne and Phil were wonderful host!

Awesome view

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of days. Clean, updated and perfect spot. We were able to drive to eating places very easily. Love the convenience and view from first floor. Will definitely stay here again.

My Boyfriend and I absolutely loved this location and condo. It was so nice being that close to the water. We both have never been to Destin and were so happy we decided on this place. Before our stay was over we both looked at one another and said we found our vacation spot. We will definitely be back.

The property is located on the beach. The unit is amazing and well kept. Excellent view of the ocean. The pool is right outside the front door although we never used it, it was nice and clean. There is umbrella and 2 chair service, it’s first come first serve so you better get out there by 6:30am if you want one in the front row next to water. There is no personal umbrellas or canopies allowed in the area in front of the complex, so don’t bother bringing one. The public access gate is right next to the unit. The outdoor shower is a plus. It’s beautiful and we will be planning our next trip. If you stay longer than a couple of days be sure to bring supplies. The owner is quick to respond and extremely helpful. Super great place to stay for a family trip!

You simply can't beat the view at this location. It was our second time staying at Crystal Sands after years of staying at the The Capri, next door. We loved The Capri too, but we outgrew it and needed more space. This unit is was neat and clean. Not fancy but the kitchen was well stocked and the owners were very responsive. It could probably use some updates, but everything worked and we felt it was fairly priced. Patio has four chairs and a small table and we loved sitting out there enjoying the amazing view. It's an end unit and feels a bit more private. Easy path to the beach on the wooden walkway. The Emerald Coast is gorgeous. Blue green waters and white sands. Heaven on earth.

Review

It’s my third year in a row staying at Crystal Sands, and we love the area! The property is set up very nicely, and it is convenient as well as beautiful! The only few things we would have negative to say include getting new curtains in the bed room (they looked stained), a better TV for the bedroom, more kitchen towels, and organized kitchen/appliances. Great location to everything you may want to do. The room met our needs, could have had a better cooking supplies. The only issue was smokers next to us couldn’t sit on balcony without smoke coming by. This property is suppose to be smoke free. Other that that it was a great .

Long weekend

Check in is strict at 5 pm which is inconvenient if you happen to fly or drive in by afternoon, we asked about an earlier check in but the response was an extra $112... the photos are true, place was clean and kitchen was updated. Bring extraTP, garbage bags, laundry soap and dish towels . Furniture was comfy. Only complaint was check in and check out times.

Crystal Sands

The property was nice, no complaints. We stay in the Crystal Beach area every year and have for the past 20+ years - whether it is a condo on the beach or one of the homes in Crystal Shores. The only negative I have in regards to the experience was the cost of the property through VRBO - we spoke to someone staying in one of the other condos in Crystal Sands (same thing - 1st floor, one bedroom, sleeps 6) and their cost was much lower then what we paid.

Location and Beautiful Beach

This is a clean low rise condo located on Crystal Beach. Important for us was ground floor but we still had views of dolphins with morning coffee The softest sand and water was so clean clear even several feet out. Beach service is available and plenty of space between and behind so not overcrowded at all as you see with high rise areas. Some limited public beach access between condos but so much space there is plenty of room to spread out . Extremely convenient to all stopping and dining for all budgets. Anne was Exceptional in all communications! This is important to many who are wary of trying new locations. Thanks for a great visit!

True Beachfront Property

I travel a bunch and usually check out reviews of listings before I book anything. In my experience overall with VRBO and other sites people post positive 5-star reviews of 1-star worthy accommodations. This is not the case with this place. It was amazing! This was a true Beachfront property in a great location. It's so close to the waves you don't need to go sit on the beach to enjoy the ocean. We will be back as it's an excellent location and family friendly environment. ***Pros: Really too many to list but here's some- -Beachfront and fantastic access to board walk. -End unit with a grill area and fence to the left of condo; gives you more privacy. -Pool is right outside the front door. -Clean and has everything you need; plenty of towels, utensils, etc. -Rental comes with beach chair service (2 chairs). **Cons: None really but here's somethings that were annoying -Bedroom mattress is not good. It's memory foam and obviously older. If you're heavier expect to go to sleep lying flat-ish and wake up at a 45 degree angle lol. - Dryer eats anything with a string. -Not a ding on the renters but the geez, VRBO. Your fees are getting ridiculous. $189 cleaning fee, $99 Linen Fee, $199 Property Fee, and more. We will be back if they will have us :)

Just as advertised.

My family loved the condo. As a ground floor unit, it has immediate access to the beach. Honestly, you don’t even have to take cooler to the beach. Anything you need is just steps away in the rented unit. Even if you decide to spend the evening watching movies, the view of the clear ocean waters is amazing. Will be returning.

Perfect location right by the pool and steps from the beach! Great fast communication with the hosts. Check I'm and parking couldn't be better. Make dinny reservations before you come very important!
