Come enjoy a relaxing time at my place that has recently been remodeled. Kitchen has all your essentials. Bedrooms have their own Tv's. Get away to this cozy home environment or enjoy the outside in this beautiful landscaped resort by any of the large pools or enjoy and relax on the sun deck and on any of the barbecue areas. A new remodeled Water Park and the Padre Beach is walking distance from the condo, visit the water park or beach for a day of fun and make some lasting memories.
The space
There is a limit of 2 vehicles per condo and there are 2 parking permits for each vehicle. TOWING IS ENFORCED. This condo holds 6 to 8 guests. Doors are controlled by codes. Condo is first floor. It is a gated resort. The sofa in living room is a queen size sofa sleeper.
Guest access
There is an orange string key along with the 2 parking permits on a key rack inside condo. This key is used for a backyard walking gate that if you would like to walk to water park or beach would be closer taking this route. All items must be returned to key rack upon departure, or Resort will charge for each missing item.
Other things to note
Parking permits are mandatory and must be returned to condo or resort will charge you for them. Each missing item is a $25.00 charge.. This resort is family orientated and resort will not allow spring breaker under the age of 25 in the month of March only.

The place is nice clean and very relaxing. We loved it. The pool was so nice and relaxing. The beach was the only thing that was not very convient. It was a bit of a walk but was doable.

Very nice place

Overall a very nice place. Condo is gated and private. If you’ve been south padre that’s a plus for some. Spacious place with great amenities. Close to everything on the island.

Great Stay!

My family of 5 stayed 3 nights, the place was clean, great linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked for a vacation rental, fridge and freezer stayed cold, pool was close and the on site gym was great. Public Beach access was close, right next to Margarettaville. Next time we come down we will be staying here again!!!

The place felt inviting, clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and easy to get hold of. She gave her phone number to call. The most amazing thing about this place was parking by front door, 1st floor, and back door to pool and barbecue pit. We had other friends and family stay on the third floor. Their place was very nice and quiet too. Would stay here again.

This place was awesome on the first floor and easy access to the awesome pool! We loved it no issues with our stay we had a great time and Sandra was always in communication if I had questions would definitely stay here again.

month of kiteboarding - great condo

Just spent a month in this unit and we had a great time. Very spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen worked well and was well equipped for all the cooking we wanted to do. Being on the ground floor was good for us since we could rinse our kiteboarding gear right outside our door. The beds were all comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. It was very easy living. It is a short walk to the beach and Isla Blanca park as well as a few beachside bars, which made for fun evenings. My only real issue was the hot tub was set at a lower temperature than what I like but it still felt good. I would stay here again but it is already booked for the Fall.

Todd, Thank you for your great review. I am happy you enjoyed and relaxed at my place. The hot tub heat is the resort's doing. They have it set at 100 degrees and I cannot move it. But I am glad you still enjoyed it. I have September, October, and November open and after March 2023 till the end of year is still open. I open calendars for 12 months at a time. Look again later. Thanks again.

GREAT STAY!!!

This was our first time to stay in anything like this and this was our first visit to Padre island as well. Definitely will be trying to re-book this place. Everything was clean and the place was just well kept. Wasn't a bad walk to the beach either. My wife and 3 teenagers and mother walked to it with no problem. Made our first trip to padre island memorable!!!

Location of condo in resort is great because your parking area is right in front of the front entrance condo door and the backyard pool is in your condo back door. Everything is on first floor.
