Reserved parking is available for two cars in tandem in the driveway.

The condo was well stocked with appliances, dinner ware, and towels. The carpets are really dirty and stained. It needs to be replaced. There were cob webs in the corners of the ceiling.

Great location but needs work

Great location, good service. Place looks good at a glance and the layout is excellent. But we had issues with ants in both kitchen and bathroom. Toilet rocked on the floor, entry doors are not weather secure, and mold damage is present in several rooms. Overall, not a bad place but some maintenance work needs to be performed.

Great location

About a block from the surf. A/C runs great, home was clean and well appointed. I wish there were 2 sets of pillows, one of which was more firm. Need extra bedding for the futons. The clothes washer and dryer run very slowly.

Great location

The unit is walking distance to many of the dining and drinking establishments, which is great. The furnishings were nice and the beds comfortable. my only issue, and it's a small one, is that there were no remotes that controlled the TVs. The Roku remotes were there, but in order to change the volume or turn the TV on, you did it manually. It also smelled like Raid had just been sprayed before we arrived. I would stay here again.

Great location, not so great condition

Ideal walking location, near shuttle bus access, beach, main streets. Condition of unit needs help, A/C broke and I had to be available for contacts with workers and Vacasa with no consideration or rebate. Nice decks with NO deck furniture, window seals had failed so couldn't see out of unit to even check weather without opening front door. No baking pans for cooking in oven....

Great area, only a 5-10 min walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and I loved that each room had it's own bath. Cute decor, we had plenty of towels to work with and were given complimentary items soap, kitchen sponge/ laundry detergent etc. Only very minor issues were lack of can opener, an electric one was in a cabinet but didn't work. Otherwise other basic utensils (cups, plates, pots and pans) were available. We noticed a smoke detector wasn't plugged in the hallway but there was another available. Some cobwebs were above the main entry door along with dusty air vents (easily fixed). The main door along with the balcony had small issues with opening and closing but we still were able to access everything. Overall though the place was very nice and our stay was great. I would recommend staying here and we had no issues with the other tenants staying in the building. We had so much fun in South Padre and can't wait to visit again!

Issues both days

Checked in to room to find a dead roach right next to the opening of the door. Room was warm when we checked in. Wife had to wait till 1pm the next morning while they worked on the AC system. Internet didn’t work for 2nd day so kids were pretty bored and we didn’t have anything to watch since there was no cable and the wifi was down. Messaged management about the AC and was pretty prompt to help and offer assistance… but that was Friday. Saturday I called, no answer, emailed, no reply and sent text with replies to come at 5am and 6am Sunday morning which was too little too late. Even asked for a late check out for the inconvenience but no reply until after 11am; checkout was at 10am. Listed a futon however it’s not; it’s a sofa. The frame was screwed and tied so that the futon wouldn’t lay out. Wasn’t good for my 5’9” 180lb son.

Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten, Wohnung mit 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmer ist praktisch geschnitten. Es gäbe ein Starterset für Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel. Die Treppenstufen hinunter sind aufgrund gleicher Farbe eventuell schwer zu erkennen. Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen waren vorhanden.
