Cette maison est de trois chambres, 3 1/2 salles de bains et a un espace pour accueillir 10 personnes confortablement. Il se compose de deux grands espaces de vie, d'un wet-bar, d'une grande cuisine, d'un coin repas, d'une véranda et d'une cuisine extérieure sur une terrasse arrière spacieuse pour profiter de la belle vue.
Cette maison de vacances souhaitable comprend également un quai en eau profonde privé qui rendra l'accès à des activités nautiques passionnantes facile et pratique pour vos vacances.
Dans notre propriété, vous êtes à seulement 10 minutes de belles plages de sable blanc et à seulement 20 minutes de Destin. Cet emplacement est à seulement quelques minutes de nombreux restaurants, magasins et épiceries différents, vous permettant de passer la majeure partie de votre temps de vacances comme vous l'avez planifié, en vous relaxant.

The house was great! Fantastic location, big driveway plenty of room for a boat trailer. The dock is brand new with water and power available. House and kitchen well supplied with everything you would need, back deck was fantastic with every type of cooking feature you can imagine. Friendly owner provided great communication! The host is very welcoming and accommodating. The amenities were great! The kitchen has all utensils, cookware, keurig, coffee pot, slow cooker. Has outside grill, family board games, etc. has smart tv’s a bar with fridge and ice maker, plenty of seating and sleep accommodations including 2 large air mattresses. Highly recommend!

This is an exceptional home. It was fabulous if you have a boat which is always hard to find dock space on VRBO. The communication with the owners was above average and always prompt. I can’t say enough great things about the space.

Spring Break

We stayed here for spring break with our college aged kids. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of seating. It is an easy drive to the beaches as well as many eating places. Wonderful hosts as well.

This place was wonderful. The house had plenty of room with lots of windows facing the water. A wonderful place to relax. If a person wants something to do Destin is close by. We would definitely come here again.The owners were very helpful with any questions we had.

Amazing views!

The huge deck out back was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the amazing view of the water. John & Terri went out of their way to make our stay perfect! We will definitely stay at there place the next time we visit!

Great spot on the Bayou!

Great house on the water. We have stayed twice now and my family loves it. Kids fish on the dock and we can park the boat at the dock. House has everything a family needs for a fun vacation!

Beautiful house and area!

The house and the bayou was so beautiful! Our family absolutely loved everything and we can’t wait for our next stay. Perfect place to bring your boat and explore the area. My grandfather had a home on Cinco Bayou many years ago, when this home came available we were so excited! We love everything about being on the water.

The house is on 100 foot of water front. Sitting on the dock or at the house watching the dolphins and other wild life is very relaxing.
