Chaque BR a une salle de bain complète. Slip 1, poutre de 19 ', Slip 2, poutre de 12'. Marchez jusqu'à la plage ou appelez un bateau-taxi pour vous emmener sur le port. Pagayez vers Crab Island. Island HOA says no trailers of any kind on property including motorcycle trailers. Parking offsite for $ 25 a night at 430 Fleshman Ave.

Perfect Harbor Stay

Brad was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend staying there enough. The waterfront property was beautiful, took a water taxi over to the boardwalk and for dinner, stand up paddle boards with property were great! Outside shower was helpful to rinse off sand and access to private beach was fantastic. Pet friendly and the dog loved it as well! Will definitely be seeking to book again, perfect place.

Great house overall. There was plenty of space for our group. We brought 2 boats and it was so convenient to have them right out the back door. The parking was enough for our 3 trucks. The house was well stocked and clean. Location was close to shops and food. The host was very attentive and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Brad was very accommodating, great on communication and very helpful. Great house and great space. Beaches in both directions and having the dock was a game changer. We brought our own boat but you can rent a boat to keep there as well. It opened up so much of Destin that most don’t get to see.Highly recommend this property

Harbor side Heaven

Rented property for gathering of family. Excellent location close in with family in Ild Destin. Really enjoyed the multilevel decks and fishing and bird watching from docks. Goo location for the younger ones to paddle board and bike. Owner was very accommodating.

GREAT LOCATION to access Crab Island and local restaurants.

Brad was an EXCELLENT host. Easy to communicate with, and any questions/concerns were answered asap. I would highly recommend. Location is close to Crab Island and lots a great restaurants to go by via boat. Incredibly convenient!!

Nice Waterfront Townhouse

The overall stay was excellent, Brad the host is very nice and prompt to make sure everything is ok. The only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars on cleanliness is only due to side yard. Pets are welcome which is great, but is was about the only place to walk dogs and it was pretty overgrown. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location with a Boat

We had an amazing time here! The owner Brad is super responsive to any questions or needs. We took our boat, and the boat dock was great. It was a super short ride out to Crab Island! The place is spacious and the AC WORKS! Plenty of fridge space and parking at this unit. The neighbors were also friendly. Short distances to grocery stores and some fantastic restaurants. Overall it was great! Would definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

Outdated kitchen.

The location was great. A nice place, but the appliances need updated and there were cracked tiles in the kitchen. Listing states two kitchens, but the second “kitchen” is just a refrigerator and sink; no microwave or stove.

Wonderful Stay

This townhome was perfect for our two week vacation. It provides convenient boat dockage and easy access to Destin harbor and the pass to go off shore. It is a very spacious unit that accommodates two couples and two teenagers, who had their own space, apartment style, downstairs. We also brought our family pet! The extra AC in the dining area is a bonus! We used it at nighttime and slept comfortably. And the beds are comfy, too! We loved having the 2 refrigerators. Brad and Lisa are excellent hosts. Brad responded quickly to any questions and was very nice. We will be back!

Great canal home with 2 boat slips & trailer parking

This is the perfect condo for 3 couples and 2, boats. Condo offers 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs along with a washer & dryer & kitchenette. Siding doors to bottom deck where you can cook on the grill or sit by the fire pit and relax by the boats. Upstairs has another bedroom, bathroom, washer & dryer, full kitchen and living room. Sliding doors to top deck. Brad is an amazing host and you can call him anytime with questions. Super nice!! Also offers an off-site lot to park boat trailers there during your stay. IT’S PERFECT FOR BOATERS!!!!!! Oh and this condo offers some extra parking spots for family or friends to come visit

On Holiday Island. 3BR on the water for less than a hotel room. Word!! Choose between beach and harbor activities at your door. Best of all, bring your boat(s). Swimming or just floating in the canal out back. Jetties, beach and Noriega point all within walking distance. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing evenings on the back deck with water, fish and stars.
Free Parking for trailers and RVs off site at 412 Kelly St. near the Joe's Bayou public launch.

Entire 1BR downstairs has its own living area and kitchenette. 2nd kitchen and washer and dryer and full bath on 2nd floor. Or keep door open and it is part of the whole place. Both sofas pull out so you have 5 beds plus futon space. Largest unit in the complex with most parking and biggest decks. Free parking for trailers off site at 318 Sibert Ave., shell drive off of Sibert Ave.. near Joe's Bayou Public Launch.

Boat slips are available to rent to third parties if open. Very close to everything.
