This newly renovated GROUND FLOOR condo features a fresh, bright interior with brand-new living room furniture, creating a comfortable and stylish space to relax after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the deck,freshly painted and ready for you to enjoy the gentle ocean breeze, sip your morning coffee, or watch the sunset over the water. With every detail thoughtfully updated, from the modern interiors to the refreshed outdoor spaces, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and beachside charm for your next getaway.

By renting both units Coconut Beach House A and B, you can enjoy having the whole property to yourself!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 queen beds, 4th bedroom - 2 queen beds This unit sleeps 12.

We stayed here last week for Spring Break and couldn’t have picked a better place! The location is fantastic — you literally walk out the back door straight onto the beach. Perfect setup for our group of two families, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient spot close to restaurants and activities. We loved every minute of it and would definitely book again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true beachfront family getaway on Ft Walton Beach.

Place was perfect right on the beach. Property manager responded quickly to any issues. Our only complaint was with the group that rented the upstairs unit would walk through our patio to get to the beach instead of going around the front and using the path. This was no fault of the manager.

Great adult trip!

We stayed at Coconut beach house for our annual friends beach trip. The location was great. One of my friends is pregnant with twins so we loved being right on the beach so she could easily cool off and take her naps throughout the day while we were close by enjoying our time on the beach. There is a store in walking distance that had almost everything we needed. Property manager was very nice and easy to reach. We will stay here again for sure!

Perfect in every way!

This house was in the perfect location and perfect for our family girls getaway! I planned this trip for sister-in-laws who had never been to the beach or ocean before and it was so awesome for them!! The house was well-stocked and clean with plenty of comfortable sleeping just as advertised. There are NO surprises in this rental - you get exactly what’s shown in the photos. The BIGGEST plus - NO driving to the water - you truly just walk out of the door and you are on the sand. And a nice convenience store just 1/2 a block away lets you pick up anything you might have missed stocking up. We drove down to the boardwalk area for big meals and highly recommend stopping by and checking out those restaurants and shops
. We will talk about this trip for years!

Everything was in working order and the patio was very nice with two picnic tables. The dunes are right at the patio, you couldn't get any closer to the dunes than this... Lovely... The quick walk down to the beach is a definite plus with this "GEM" WE LOVE The Coconut Beachhouse and can't wait to come back.

We didn’t have to worry about stairs for our toddler or our adults with mobility issues since we were on the bottom floor. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of towels in bathroom. I would suggest an outside shower to rinse off after coming in from outside. We were able to just go outside and watch the fireworks instead of going to the pier.

The back porch looks like a big ashtray. There are wires on side of house that are trip hazards. This could be a great place. Hoping the owners will research into cleaning service and or actually maintenance property. For the amount of money spent to stay here, we were very disappointed.

Sparsely Accommodated but fantastic location

This house was literally on the beach - a beautiful location and the beach service offered with chairs and umbrella was amazing. We had full views of the sunrise in one direction and sunset in the other each night. The beach is incredible. The house is a nice size, clean and well maintained, but very sparsely accommodated. We had 1 skillet that was warped so that the middle was raised above the edges, no rubber spatulas or any spatulas for that matter, no cookie sheet, or plastic dishes/cups. No tupperware. The toaster also did not work. I still gave 4 stars because when I mentioned wishing we had some of these items, the management team did drop off a new toaster, cookie sheet, and spatula. The house could benefit with having some extra blankets or sheets and swim towels, but I understand that is difficult for housekeeping. Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Coconut Beach House B since 2017. It’s a nice hidden gem directly on the beach amongst all the big condos. This stay was another great one, and we already have our next trip booked! My only suggestion would be to clean up the sand area that’s right off the back patio. Maybe rake and clean it up. It’s so dirty and the sand area has gotten smaller over the years with the dune growing. It was nice years ago when the kids could play right there. But you almost can’t step out there without shoes in fear of stepping on something sharp. Just a suggestion. Still a beautiful spot.. counting down the days until our next visit!
