Ocean Reef 606 est un condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain situé au dernier étage des condos (6e étage) à Ocean Reef. L'unité 606 est idéalement située à seulement 10 pas d'un court trajet en ascenseur et située au même étage que les salles de fitness et de sauna. Condos à plancher bas ont une vue magnifique sur la plage, le golfe et la piscine. Du 6ème étage, vous pourrez vous détendre sur le balcon spacieux et privé de 10 x 27 et profiter d'une multitude de belles vues sur la côte d'émeraude.

Le salon comprend un grand canapé et une causeuse avec deux poufs pour des sièges confortables et spacieux. Un grand téléviseur à écran plat Toshiba est fixé au mur pour le plaisir de tous. Le salon jouxte le balcon et comprend une porte-balcon avec une belle vue sur la plage et le golfe.

La chambre principale face au golfe jouxte le balcon et comprend des portes de balcon séparées, un lit king-size et une salle de bain privée avec double vasque. Besoin de dormir plus mais souhaitez toujours profiter de votre salon? La chambre d'hôtes impressionnante offre deux lits doubles avec des lits superposés sur le dessus. Pas besoin d'utiliser un canapé-lit pour les enfants ... Profitez de votre salon, regardez ces films de fin de soirée, utilisez votre balcon et votre condo pendant que les enfants dorment dans les lits superposés des chambres d'amis. Besoin d'un lit supplémentaire? Le canapé se transforme en lit queen-size.

La cuisine complète comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, un réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière / four combinés et un lave-vaisselle. Toutes les commodités de la maison ont été fournies, y compris une cafetière, un grille-pain, un ouvre-boîte et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, l'argenterie, les verres, la vaisselle, etc.

Envie de manger? La salle à manger comprend une table à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes et est adjacente à la barre de petit déjeuner de cuisine avec trois tabourets de bar. Nous avons beaucoup de sièges pour ces délicieux repas faits maison à la plage!

Comme c'est pratique! Une buanderie séparée comprend une laveuse / sécheuse Samsung côte à côte améliorée. Cette configuration facilite le nettoyage de vos serviettes de plage et de bain ou de vos vêtements préférés! La buanderie comprend un chariot portable pour vous aider avec vos bagages, vos courses, vos vêtements, etc. Ici pour un événement sportif? Vous serez heureux d'avoir la laveuse et la sécheuse améliorées.

Le balcon massif est à tomber par terre. Vous ne trouverez pas un plus grand balcon pour profiter d'un condo de deux chambres. Le balcon de 10 pieds de profondeur et 27 pieds de largeur est assez grand pour accueillir tout le monde. Ce balcon est un espace de vie extérieur et vous donne l'impression d'être au sommet de la plage. Relaxez vous et profitez! Sieste en écoutant les vagues.

Ocean Reef Condominium offre 330 pieds de plage large (pensez au terrain de football), une grande piscine en bord de mer et un bain à remous. Une piscine intérieure (chauffée en saison) est parfaite pour les jours de pluie. Vous aimez vous entraîner? Le centre de remise en forme et le sauna sont à proximité (même étage) mais suffisamment éloignés pour ne pas être dérangés par le bruit.

L'emplacement de Ocean Reef ne pourrait pas être mieux! Envie de petit-déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner? Juste une courte promenade sur le trottoir ou de l'autre côté de la rue, vous trouverez le restaurant en bord de plage de Runaway Island, une boutique de beignets et un restaurant / magasin de sable. Les meilleures pistes de karting et parcours de putt-putt de la région sont juste en face et offrent de délicieuses glaces. Les boutiques de cadeaux sont également à quelques pas. Le spectacle de dauphins Gulf World est à seulement 1/2 mile dans la rue. Pier Park est à seulement 1,5 km, vous pouvez voir la jetée depuis votre balcon. Profitez des feux d'artifice lors d'occasions spéciales.

Ocean Reef 606 comprend un INTERNET RAPIDE ILLIMITÉ GRATUIT et un espace de stationnement réservé et pratique au niveau 2 du parking. Près des ascenseurs. Des places de stationnement à débordement sont disponibles de l'autre côté de la rue.

View from balcony perfect. The beach was visible, which I like. We were unable to use our parking space because we had a luggage carrier on top of car, but able to park in handicap space at entrance. Worked fine.

Amazing balcony! I could have sat out there 24/7. Beautiful condo. Great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools. Right in the beach. Walkable to several restaurants and activities for the kids right across the street. Will definitely be back!

Peaceful Beach Getaway

This property is spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 vacation. The balcony was so impressive with comfortable seating to enjoy a wonderful beach view.

Everything was as advertised! Zero complaints. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Huge balcony with lots of seating, lightning-fast elevators, heated pools. Highly recommend.

Perfect

One of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The balcony is the best "room", but the master is a close second because of the super comfy mattress. Bath towels were fresh and fluffy, and there were many of them. The pool is basic, but crystal clear and clean. We were never disturbed by stomping feet on the floors above us or the sounds of wall-sharing neighbors - very quiet during the night. We highly recommend this unit.

The wait time was so frustrating. Sometimes 15 minues. Once you did get the elevator it was packed. They did try to make it better by Saturday by getting a worker to run the elevator but there was still a wait time. I walked up one time. Not fun.

A perfect place to relax

Everything was just as described. The check in process was a breeze, the property was in good shape, and the amenities of the building were great. Our two young kids loved both of the pools, and we were thankful they were heated given the sudden cold weather during our trip. The parking spot is very tight, not ideal for anything over a small SUV or sedan. We had to park in the overflow lot across the street, but this wasn't an issue after we had unloaded everything into the condo.

However, the building itself could definitely use some TLC. At some points there was only one elevator working, two was the max and the wait could be 5-10 minutes at times. The parking spaces are a bit narrow, but I did appreciate the security at the building. The beach attendant would hover around and snatch up chairs and umbrellas quickly, I guess he and his girlfriend wanted to leave. But there should be a clear hours for the chairs and a much better system to reserve chairs. It seemed to be at his discretion.

We love this property so much this was our second year coming back! The hospitality app the owners use to provide check-in information is easy and helpful, arrival check-in with security is simple and the covered parking garage is fantastic. The condo is well appointed, has all the beach items you'll need for younger kids as well as Beach Service for two chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay. The pools on property are well maintained and we have never heard any noise from the pool area once inside the condo with the balcony door shut. Speaking of the balcony....it's the Best Feature! Our family loves to hang out there in the evenings after dinner and listen to an audiobook before we take a twilight walk on the beach. After two years in a row here we have only found two drawbacks: 1) the property grill is charcoal. It's difficult and time consuming to grill on charcoal, so a gas grill would be appreciated, and 2) the King size mattress in the master bedroom really needs replaced. If you sleep too close to the edge it will roll you out into the floor, but if you sleep closer to the middle it will roll you into your partner. Both drawbacks are far outweighed by the features and convenience of the condo and the wonderful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

June 2020 Stay

I have stayed in many condos in PCB and unfortunately this was not the best, but also not the worst. It was not clean at all. There was dust and drawings in the dust on every surface. Some of the pots had left over food stuck in it. (Eggs stuck to 2 pots in the cabinet) I’ve stayed in high end resorts and didn’t expect that. However I’ve also stayed in mediocre places and this wasn’t at the top of that list either. The fan in the master was wide open or nothing. There was no trash can in the 2nd bathroom. Only one full length mirror and it was in the 2nd bedroom. I am not one to leave a bad review and have actually never done so. However with the lack of cleanliness, I simply can’t give this stay a good review. We will definitely be returning to our normal location next trip. The price of this stay for the accommodations was not adequate at all. I have spent much less and stayed at much nicer and cleaner places. The beach access was good and the pool appeared to be clean. I did appreciate the beach chairs.

Condo was fantastic. Our family had a blast! We walked just across the street in the morning for fresh donuts from A’more donuts one day and then another day picked up delicious breakfast sandwiches at a great price, also from A’more. We spent evenings and rainy moments at the Fun-Land Arcade also across the street and the kids actually won stuff on their claw machines. We rented jet-skis on the beach right at the beach entrance from the property (highly recommend). I could tell my wife was hesitant about the jet-skis, but she tried it and loved it! So if your significant other or friends, kids, whatever are trying to sell you on the idea, just do it! The water is clear. Recommend goggles for the water, the attendant with the chairs was really nice. The condo was clean, the couch was actually newer than what’s in the photo (leather/leatherette) which I like more than upholstered furniture, so nice surprise. Everyone that works on the premises is super nice, friendly, and inviting. The outdoor cushions were newer than what’s in the photos. The balcony is huge with tons of seating options and a great height from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The rules were simple. We live at another beach and visited here for a different vibe and clear water. No complaints at all, only great experiences and new family memories. I highly recommend booking this condo, it’s clear they really care about the property and want to ensure you have a positive experience.
