Cette unité de luxe est située au 17e étage du complexe de condominiums Ocean Reef. Lorsque vous franchissez la porte, vous remarquez immédiatement les eaux vert émeraude à couper le souffle du golfe. Vous remarquerez également le plan d'étage ouvert et la belle décoration.

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, un éclairage et est équipée de toutes les nécessités pour un séjour confortable. En plus des appareils de cuisine normaux, vous trouverez un grille-pain, une machine à café, un micro-ondes, des ustensiles de cuisine, des casseroles, des poêles, de la Chine et bien plus encore. Dans la salle à manger, vous trouverez une belle table pouvant accueillir quatre personnes confortablement. Vous trouverez également des tabourets de bar autour du comptoir pour encore plus de sièges.

Le salon a été magnifiquement meublé avec un canapé-lit pleine grandeur, des chaises latérales, des tables, des lampes, un ventilateur de plafond et une grande télévision à écran plat et un DVD pour le divertissement. Wi-fi a été fourni pour votre plaisir et votre confort.

La suite principale est équipée d'un lit king-size, de draps confortables et d'une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain principale a une magnifique nouvelle douche carrelée et un grand comptoir. La porte coulissante s'ouvre sur le balcon où vous pouvez voir la plage ou écouter les bruits subtils des vagues qui s'écrasent sur le rivage.

La deuxième chambre est équipée d'un lit king-size et d'un ensemble de lits superposés, de draps confortables et d'une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain est un lavabo simple et un ensemble douche / baignoire qui a été joliment décoré pour couler avec le thème du reste de # 1707.

À ne pas oublier est le balcon meublé surdimensionné très privé. Depuis le salon, la porte coulissante s'ouvre sur le balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Le balcon privé est parmi les plus grands que vous trouverez dans la région. Du balcon, vous pouvez voir les eaux infinies du golfe, les dauphins sauter, les mouettes voler, les amateurs de plage à pied, le parachute ascensionnel, la navigation de plaisance, la plongée avec tuba et bien plus encore. Le balcon est entièrement meublé et offre un espace de détente pour profiter des couchers de soleil, levers de soleil, jeux de société avec la famille et les amis et les dîners romantiques. Nos clients trouvent s'ils ne sont pas sur la plage, alors ils sont sur ce balcon!

We thought the decor, balcony and views were amazing. We think you need to look into your cleaning service. The floors had sand all over them and both toilets need a deep cleaning, some of the washcloths has seen better days. But the beds were very clean and comfortable. If you have kids this condo has everything you could need for the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless; the only hiccup was the refrigerator. They do such a great job cleaning that the refrigerator takes about 24hrs before it goes back to a cold temperature. Management is very helpful and attentive, from Greta and Tracie, to John the maintenance guy. I will pick this unit again without hesitation. Finally everything from establishing the communication with Greta, and Tracie, to getting the registration and checkout was flawless.

Having beach amenities included made a big difference. That was a nice surprise. My only complaints are: Parking spaces in garage are too tight. I had a big truck that was between me and a wall. Ended up scratching my car. Most days had to have my son get out and guide me in. Elevators were slow and when there was a lot of people it took forever to finally get on.

Regarding the parking spaces, they are all standard size 9 foot wide and 16 ft. long. We cant control others driving big trucks into the enclosed garage area and are sorry this caused an inconvenience. We wish you would have called us to see if there was an alternate location for you. We don't get many elevator complaints at Ocean Reef. However, if one of the elevators is down for maintenance it may result in delays. Also, you visited during once of the most crowded weeks of the year when there will be more elevator traffic just as at every building in PCB. Good stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently returned home from a 5 night stay. We had an issue with the floors being dirty, but we contacted them and they came out and mopped again (it was better but they still weren’t clean-I recommend replacing the mop as it’s filthy). The beds were very comfortable and the patio furniture was great. We flew so were limited on how much we could pack and I was upset to not find a hairdryer in the unit. Living room furniture not overly comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. It was nice to have beach chairs and toys we could take down to the beach. Parking garage and assigned spot is super tight, we’d have to back out before we could buckle the kids into their car seats. Overall we had a good stay.

Dear Guest, Thank you for rating our services a 5 star. We are so glad you had a good beach vacation. We appreciate you calling us regarding the floor. It was our pleasure to respond immediately to resolve this for you. As to flooring, please understand that it is very difficult and almost impossible to keep beach condo floors squeaky clean to the extent they will pass the white sock test. We have hundreds of guests going barefoot on the property including walking through parking decks and other areas of the property where the flooring is not clean. Black bare feet track all of this right into the condo. This happens most every stay. While we work hard to provide the cleanest of floors, it is very difficult to have them clean as new. This would require a professional flooring cleaner between every stay. Per your suggestion, the mop has been replaced. As to the hair dryers, we tried for years to provide hair dryers. Unfortunately, this day and time, they walk off and disappear all to often. This became such an issue we had to stop providing them. I hope you understand. Parking is as it is at every resort on our beach where you can park directly underneath your condo close to the elevators. Its a trade off, tight parking or having to walk across the street to a larger garage every time you need to go to your car. Ironically, we get complaints about both. We enjoyed having you in our beautiful Ocean Reef 1707 condo and hope to have you back soon. Sincerely, Greta's Beach Rentals

However, one email to Greta's Beach Rentals was all that was required. Their response was immediate and their concern for our vacation was their top priority. They immediately moved us to #1707 Ocean Reef and we couldn't have been more pleased. This unit is stunning! It is so well appointed and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is available in this condo. We used Greta's Beach Rentals last year and I am so glad I returned to them again this year. Their service is impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation condo. We will be returning to PCB again in September and we will once again return to Greta's! Johnny and Riley went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! Service at its best!

Amazing, Beautiful Condo!!!

We actually stayed in this condo in October 2016, but due to family emergencies I'm just now getting around to submitting a review. Our family absolutely loved this condo. It is EXACTLY as pictured. It is gorgeous. It is an absolute dream with a spectacular view. The balcony is huge and so amazing with super comfortable furniture. We loved watching the sunset from it every chance we could get. The living room is luxurious with a great TV. The bedrooms are very comfortable and peaceful with TVs. The mattress was so good for my back we actually bought one for ourselves when we got back home (asked Greta what kind it was!). It has everything in this condo that you need or want. Washer & Dryer. Full kitchen. Stocked. Beach equipment, including a wagon to pull it with (and extremely helpful when checking in and out). You could tell that the owners take great pride & care. Greta of Greta's beach rentals is an absolute joy to deal with, extremely pleasant and helpful. Reserved garage parking also nice. Just a 5 star condo all around, and we look forward to renting w/Greta again in the future next time we are up in the panhandle.

The balcony is the perfect trifecta: View, Size & Seating! Simply amazing with plenty of room to relax, enjoy sunsets and the beautiful colors of the water.Condo itself is beautifully decorated, with updated bathrooms, flooring, tv's, washer/dryer and appliances. All Staff and Security Personnel are courteous and ready to assist you. Perfect weather all week provided us the perfect getaway to relax and unwind from the daily grind. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting the perfect beachfront condo to enjoy a getaway week.Property was very clean and well-maintained.Management very easy to work with. Instructions and Directions very detailed and accurate.The ONLY negative? No black-out curtains in front bedroom. Easy fix if owners will add them! Several restaurants and activities within walking distance. Views from balcony are Best-In-Class!

Simply Incredible Beachfront Condo #1707

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed at many locations at various Florida beaches statewide---Unit #1707 at Ocean Reef in PCB ranks at the top of my list for vacation rentals. The balcony is the perfect trifecta: View, Size & Seating! Simply amazing with plenty of room to relax, enjoy sunsets and the beautiful colors of the water. Condo itself is beautifully decorated, with updated bathrooms, flooring, tv's, washer/dryer and appliances. All Staff and Security Personnel are courteous and ready to assist you. Perfect weather all week provided us the perfect getaway to relax and unwind from the daily grind. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting the perfect beachfront condo to enjoy a getaway week. Property was very clean and well-maintained. Management very easy to work with. Instructions and Directions very detailed and accurate. The ONLY negative? No black-out curtains in front bedroom. Easy fix if owners will add them! Several restaurants and activities within walking distance. Views from balcony are Best-In-Class!

THUNDERBEACH get away!!

The room was great and extremely well accommodated with anything you or your little ones could need for a vacation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman we spoke too on the phone but he was so polite and helpful and honestly made our experience that much better with answering any questions or concerns we had and even overnighted an item we accidentally left in the room. We will be coming back. The room was well decorated and clean. The balcony was very large and felt safe for our children. I will say the only issue we had would be the short wait time for the elevators. Although we did stay during prime vacation season it wasn’t unbearable just a short wait due to the amount of people. Thank you for treating us well and we will be back.
