Beau, rĂ©cemment mis Ă  niveau, entiĂšrement meublĂ© 2 chambres 4 lits 2 salles de bains, condo rĂ©cemment dĂ©corĂ© en bord de mer, directement sur la plage! Cuisine prĂȘte Ă  l'emploi avec appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable. Le salon et la chambre principale offrent une vue Ă©poustouflante sur l’ocĂ©an. Nous avons 4 lits. C'est inhabituel dans un 2 chambres. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale et une reine dans la chambre supplĂ©mentaire. 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs - un dans chaque chambre et un trĂšs grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur dans le salon. Il y a aussi un lit escamotable et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Ils dorment tous les deux 2 alors il y a de la place pour 8. Il y a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse plus rĂ©centes dans le porche de service avec un espace de rangement supplĂ©mentaire, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine. Asseyez-vous sur le balcon avec votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e et regardez les vagues entrer. Le stationnement est dans la rue, Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Ce condo a seulement 6 unitĂ©s! TrĂšs paisible. Notre unitĂ© 3 est au 2Ăšme Ă©tage (pas d'ascenseur!). Pas de piscine, mais la mer est Ă  deux pas.
Surfside Beach a une atmosphÚre familiale et tranquille, trÚs éloignée du centre-ville de Myrtle Beach.

Great Beach Location. Full view of the beach from the deck. Spacious kitchen stocked with all you need. Comfortable Beds. The beach was not crowded and had a nice gradual slope with soft sand. The place is clean and well organized. It is a short drive to Murrells Inlet where there are alot of restaurants. Overall an excellent place to enjoy a vacation.

This was an awesome condo.

The place was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook (and heat leftovers from the great restaurants we found). The balcony and beach access were perfect. It’s a lovely place we would definitely stay at again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The kitchen was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The beach is nice and wide. Better chairs on the porch would be a nice addition but overall the property was very nice. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area.

Great ocean view

Enjoyed working with the owners. Beautiful and spacious condo. Great balcony to sit and enjoy morning coffee, sunrises, and watching the waves. Just steps away from the beach. Really enjoyed our family vacation there!

What a great property and location. The condo was spacious, updated and the view of the beach from the covered balcony was excellent. Surf Side beach is an excellent location, very safe, close to restaurants and shopping.

This property is beautiful! The check in/out process is so simple, and the owners are incredibly responsive. The close access to the beach, outside storage, and rinse off made getting the kids to and from the beach easy. This was one of our most relaxing vacations!

July 4th in Surfside

The week spent here was incredible. From the cleanliness of the property to its location, we could not have asked for more during our first stay ever in SC. The owners were responsive and their pride of ownership was on full display. No need to look any further, we have our go to home away from home!

Upscale and utterly divine!

This was a beautiful 2nd floor oceanfront unit that had absolutely everything you could ask for. Very tastefully decorated, beds you can sink in, super stocked kitchen, great tv’s, WiFi, and colorfully comfy adirondacks on the balcony for sunrise viewing! Felt like home. Owners could not have been more gracious. fabulous hospitality.

Serenity by the Sea.

This was an amazing condo! It was fully stocked with everything we needed, from bedding and towels to kitchen equipment. Jodie always responded lightening fast to any messages from the day we booked, til the day we checked out. The check in and check out process was very easy. This was a cozy and peaceful condo that maximized relaxation. It is located in the quiet and peaceful town of Surfside Beach. There are some local eateries and shopping around the pier. It is a short drive south to Murrells Inlet for some good eats along the Marshwalk, and a short drive north to Myrtle Beach for all the mainstream attractions. Thank you for an amazing condo and vacation!

WONDERFUL!

My husband and I spent the week of Christmas here and what a "WONDERFUL" place. Exceptional views of the ocean from the bedroom, kitchen and living room. Super comfy couch! TV's in all the rooms (even though who wants TV when you have such a beautiful view of the ocean!). The kitchen is really nice and equipped. This really is a tastefully decorated condo! Jodie the owner was so attentive in answering any questions I had so quickly! Many good restaurants to choose from within a few miles. The Claw House is really good (a little pricey, but good). Can’t wait to stay again!

Not only is the condo as pictured, but the view is absolutely stunning. Dealing with Jodie, the owner, was a pleasure. She was quick with her response and extremely helpful in resolving issues such as earlier check-in, directions and all other questions. I’m looking forward to booking her lovely condo again but this time I won’t pack three huge suitcases as there is no elevator but it was a much needed workout. 😊 On a side note...the man pictured, sitting on the couch, does NOT come with the condo. 🙊

Not quite for 8 folks, otherwise wonderful

We found the property easily, had immediate access and sufficient parking. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, both are quite small so 8 people would be hard pressed to make it work. Two bedrooms accommodate 2 couples but the additional folks would never have any privacy, sleeping on a sleeper couch and a murphy bed in the living room...if that is acceptable, this is your place. Jodie needs to stock up on dishes as there were enough for 4 but not for 6 or 8. We never used the dishwasher because we could not get a full load due to not enough dishes. Jodie is always available by text and her cleaner responded well to our requests. The location is ecellent, right on the beach with gorgeous views.

We enjoyed our time here so much! The condo is clean and comfortable with beach decor we loved. The views and ocean breeze from balcony made it hard to leave. Communication and check-in/out was clear and easy. We hope to come back next year!

Excellent stay

From the start of me booking the property the owner was very detailed and provided so much information on the property. The pictures of the property are exactly how the property looks. The owner had every amenity you’ll need for your stay there. My family enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and the space that was in this property. The location is directly on the beach and you have access to other events in Myrtle Beach. The check out requirements were simple and made it easy. I will definitely book again. And the owner is very helpful with any questions or concerns while you stay there.

Hello, my husband and I bought this beautiful condo in December, 2017. We were visiting friends in the area and thought we would look at beach front condos for the fun of it. In no way were we planning to buy but we were so impressed with the surrounding area and this beautiful unit, we were compelled to place an offer on it and we found ourselves owners and we couldn't be happier. We are both retired and actually live in Texas but we plan to visit our unit twice yearly during the off season. I love being of service and try to take every opportunity in making our guests comfortable. My husband is very handy and has many plans for our vacation home but to tell you the truth its pretty perfect as it stands.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our property is truly loaded. If you are a chef type and love to cook like I do, you will find every convenience in our fully stocked kitchen. Wine glasses and martini glasses and even a dough whisk that I ordered on line (as I love to bake my sourdough bread)... just for our beautiful condo by the sea. We have our kitchen stocked with everything you can imagine and more. You will find this convenience important as eating out can be very pricey. When we come to stay I want every convenience as I have at home. We also have surround sound speakers. This unit was lived in by the owners before we bought it end of 2017. It was never a rental. They updated the unit recently and is equipped with all the comforts of home. So it feels like a home and not a rental. We've been told this by our guests. Plus I am always available day or night. I feel that communication is of the most important for a memorable stay. Come stay and find out for yourself.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Princeton House was built closer to the ocean than the surrounding properties, affording better views from many windows. Also we have 4 beds. This is unusual for a 2 bedroom. Especially because of the King Size bed in Master bedroom. there's one bed in extra room its a Queen, and 2 beds in living room. They are also Full/Queens as well. One is a sleeper couch the other is a Murphy bed. We sleep 6. Also there is a fold down table for extra guests to use for a more formal dining experience in the kitchen. There are also folding chairs hidden away in the Guest Bedroom closet. The table folds back into the wall, out of the way for a more spacious kitchen.
