Keizer Country Guest Home, à énergie solaire moderne

Ceci est une nouvelle maison d'invité. Il y a une vue sur une petite vallée et un ruisseau saisonnier de l'arrière de la maison. Lit king-size dans la chambre principale. La cuisine a des appareils modernes Samsung en acier inoxydable noir. La maison a des plafonds voûtés, des sols en bois et un double garage.

Nous sommes situés très près du magnifique jardin Schreiners Iris et du centre commercial Keiser Station. Pour faire vos courses, nous sommes à quelques minutes des magasins Safeway et Winco sur Keizer's River Road.

Les températures peuvent atteindre 105F pendant les mois d'été, ne vous inquiétez pas, nous avons un système de climatisation silencieux.

Les clients bénéficient d'un accès exclusif à la maison par le garage ou la porte d'entrée. La maison a une entrée séparée au sous-sol à la lumière du jour à l'arrière, ainsi qu'une petite cour arrière qui n'est pas accessible aux invités car elle est occupée discrètement par un locataire à long terme. De plus, le rez-de-chaussée est isolé pour plus d'intimité.

Very convenient location for our hiking trip to silver falls state park and the tulip festival in Woodburn. Also very short drive to the Keizer station for restaurants and shopping. House was a perfect set up for each of us having our own space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and very clean. Hosts were very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to work the heaters and even dropped off new batteries to put in the remotes. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

This house is so comfortable!! We had 2 couples and a single adult staying here (for a family wedding) and we had so much room!Everything was spotless and so comfortable. The beds and bedding were amazing. My husband and I were checking the brands of the sheets and comforters to get some for our house.I loved all of the extras like spare toothbrushes and toothpaste. Also the deck in the back was a favorite spot to drink morning coffee and look out over the green space. It was super quiet and calming! We will definitely stay here again if we're back in the area... loved everything!

We spent little time at the rental. However, it was a wonderful setting in a rural part of Keizer. Oregon. Everything we needed was provided right there at the house.

Great Place to Stay!!

We had 5 adults and stayed 1 week. It was a great place to stay! I would highly recommend. This is a newer house that is very well maintained. Owners were so thoughtful with the extras you don't always get when staying at a VRBO. This home proved to be the perfect home base for our vacation.

So pleased!

Beautiful, cozy home! So clean & absolutely perfect for our needs. Four of us including 2 teens stayed upstairs while my parents were down stairs with their own kitchen, bath & bed. The location was great! Did I say it was clean!? So clean. Had everything we needed. We bought or coffee & groceries. Easy to prepare our meals with a very well equipped kitchen. I appreciate food wasn't left behind from previous guests. The property is in a beautiful area. Loved the back view. Very peaceful.

Needs more kitchen supplies

The largest complaint is the kitchen wasn’t well stocked. We had to go buy all the basics; coffee, butter, flour, oil, foil baking pans. During our stay the electric breaker kept tripping. The owner was very kind and fixed it promptly, within the day. There wasn’t a great outdoor space for the baby to play. We tried the front lawn but had tons of bug bites. Not the rentals fault, but irritating. The plus side, it was very clean. The manager was responsive to our needs. And the downstairs neighbor has a very kind cat.

Thank you for review, you must have thought from reading one of our 5 star reviews about how well our kitchen is stocked that the guest was refering to food items.. I think they were refering to tools for preparation and dining. We strive have our housekeeping staff remove all foodstuffs at each turnover. Personally, when I travel I prefer to see a "clean slate". I do not know how old the products are, and do not want to take the time to read the dates! I absolutely will not use what someone else left. Everyone is different though.

Easy check in process. Clean interior with all basic amenities, including 2 washers and 2 dryers. Master bed is abnormally high. Would be difficult to get into of it weren't for the stools they provided. A/C filters definitely need changed. There were security cameras on premises, even though it's not stated in the listing. Overall, very comfy house and would stay again.

Amazing Home!!

We recently stayed at this beautiful property for a softball tournament. This home is immaculate, with plenty of space. The decor is so inviting, and the amenities are plentiful. The view from the deck while drinking my morning coffee was majestic. Without hesitation, we'd rent this lovely home again. If you are considering this rental, you won't be dissappointed.
