Vos vacances de rêve sont abordables! Remise saisonnière 2BR-2bath Oceanfront Condo!

Unité au 1er étage dans le complexe Sunset Cove. Anciennement appelé Treasure Island. Le nom a été changé après la restauration du mur de pierre qui protège notre plage. Près de tout, y compris les épiceries, les magasins, les restaurants et à quelques pas de Georgetown. Il s'agit d'une unité familiale et ma femme et moi passerons nos années de retraite ici où nos enfants et petits-enfants nous rendront visite. D'ici là, nous espérons que d'autres personnes l'utiliseront pour profiter de cette belle île des Caraïbes.

Nous avons examiné de nombreux complexes de condos sur une plage de sept miles et choisi celui-ci car il ressemblait plus à un complexe qu'à un complexe de condos. Essayez-le, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Had a great stay. Larry was excellent communicating with us before the trip and the couple of small questions I had when we first arrived. We walked a mile or so in each direction on the beach and sunset cove is the best spot in that area for sure. A 10 min walk down the beach to Joe's Beach Bar was fun. The rock wall that goes out into the ocean makes a peaceful swim area and really neat experience. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing trip. Larry was very communicative up front and gave us all the information. The condo was very clean and perfect for what we needed. In addition I thought it was one of the better locations in the facility. It was ground floor close to the beach so you could just walk out the balcony and be rig by at the pool or ocean. We hope to be back soon!

Another great visit

This was our second visit to this property. We had another fantastic vacation. My son loves how close this unit is to the pool. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas at the beach! The sunsets were amazing every night! This was another unforgettable vacation for the family.

Fantastic condo and complex! Unit was on first floor, with great view and super close access to both the beach and swimming pool! Swim up bar and bartenders were great! I made many new friends while there!

Great stay

We read the reviews before we came and felt they were accurate. We (2 adults, 12yr old, 14yr old) were all happy with the condo. Larry was a very responsive and caring owner.

Very Happy with our stay!

We couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay at sunset cove. The beautifil beach and ocean are literally steps away with a great view from the premisis. Pool and bar were equally convenient and nice. Accommodations were more than adequate. Owner was responsive to our needs. We even left something at the apartment and was very helpful in retrieving it. Very family friendly spot with protected ocean area and pools. Would highly recommend.

We really enoyed our trip - Larry was very easy to work with - condo very clean and comfy. Steps from the sand and ocean! We really enjoyed playing games on the Margaritaville Pool Deck - Loved having access to the condo pool as well as the Margaritaville Pool. Would definitely rent again!

Great spot for a family getaway

The condo is a great spot to stay on Grand Cayman. Very close walkable stores and restaurants as well as the swim up bar are all great. The condo was extremely well stocked with all of the kitchen stuff you will need and then some and very clean overall. The owner was great to work with and very proactive on communication which made it very easy on arrival. I would absolutely start here again.

Wonderful condo and stay at Sunset Cove on 7 mile beach!

Wonderful condo, and Larry was great to work with. We highly recommend this condo and the resort community of Sunset Cove. The pictures tell the story - beautiful beach and protected swimming area, large pool with a swim up bar, all within steps of the well taken care of and appointed condo. You will love working with Larry as its apparent he wants his guests to have a fabulous vacation in GC:)

Everything was fantastic! Excellent communication with Larry. The beach and views were wonderful. The only small change i would make would be to add blackout curtains to the bedrooms

Hi, thank you for the feedback. The complex installed new brighter lights on the palm trees. I had blackout curtains installed temporarily while new .blackout cellular blinds are on order. they are made and shipped from the U.S. and will take some time to arrive. sorry for any inconvenience.

Family Vacation

Everything from the pool to the beach was beautiful. The condos we rented were updated and clean. My only question/concern is why there has not been more of an effort made to clean up the entrance way and the old Margaritaville property? We have been coming to the island for years so we understand the history but to anyone who is new it's a real eyesore.

Paradise in Grand Cayman

We loved this place in Grand Cayman. So peaceful and a great location right on the beach. The water was amazing and protected in the little cove. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch a few feet away from the beach. Larry was very communicative and informative and made everything very user friendly. I do think that it is important to rent a car as it gives you the opportunity to enjoy other parts of the island. We definitely plan on staying here again. We rated this as one of our top beach vacations ever.

Fabulous time

We had the best time at Larry’s place. The location is excellent on the property! It’s furnished very nicely and has everything you might need. Larry is super at communicating with you regarding anything at all. Would definitely recommend! We’ll plan on going back. ☺️

Excellent stay on SMB!

Location was excellent - close enough (but not too close) to Georgetown and an easy drive or reasonable walk to Caymana Bay. Condo had everything we needed - comfy beds, good showers, and steps to a large beach and pool. We literally walked 15 steps out the back door to our beach chairs every day! Great snorkeling right beyond the rock wall that creates a gorgeous swimming lagoon. Everything super easy - from booking to managing stay. Thank you, Larry! We will be back!

Wonderful condo and owner!

Sunset Cove is a wonderful condo with a great location. The swim up bar is 50’ away and they serve food as well. The owner Larry is very knowledgeable about the Island and very responsive and helpful. I even had a question at 9:30 pm and he responded immediately. I have stayed at 3 other condos in Cayman and will stay at Larry’s condo for now on! Highly recommended.

Long overdue trip

We returned to the Cayman Islands after honeymooning there almost 30 years ago. We enjoyed staying in Larry‘s condo as it is steps from the beach, was clean and comfortable. There was never any trouble getting a chair or umbrella at the beach and the cove was beautiful for floating on an inflatable chair or just enjoying the view. We were able to walk to restaurants, groceries, and up 7 mile beach As the properties around our had more rocky beaches. It was very easy to communicate with with Larry and he was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.
