Charme, lumineux et propre 2 chambres 2 salles de bain Mobile Home Directement sur la riviĂšre St Johns. Quai couvert et ascenseur pour votre bateau et 2 jet skis. Porche couvert avec une vue incroyable sur la riviĂšre. Vous pouvez pĂȘcher, crevettes et crabe directement Ă  partir du quai. Salon dispose de grandes fenĂȘtres pour beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle et un canapĂ©-lit, table Ă  manger convertit Ă©galement Ă  une table de jeu. L'espace de vie a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour avec un nouveau revĂȘtement de sol en moquette et en vinyle. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprend un four double et un plan de cuisson plat, un lave-vaisselle et un Ă©vier double en acier inoxydable. Great Experience

The property was exactly as listed. Quick response from property manager. Check in process was very simple. All amenities were on site. The view was amazing. Just seeing the boats traveling by, the river, and all the nature around was breathtaking. The property was great, but what really made it special was Welaka Jack, Randy, and the rest of their family. Jack walked over to make sure we had everything we needed. Just a great guy with plenty of interesting stories to marvel over. We talked on several occasions. We met Randy on the day Jack had invited us over for a cookout with his family. The music and the conversation were unmatched. Great place to stay close to anything you want to do but take the time to hear some stories and met the family. Great people that we can wait to see again.

River House

I have been renting this place for years. The location is very nice for fishing the St. John’s River and the management team is great! The property is very well maintained and the property is clean and has all the features that make it easy to bring your own boat and enjoy the water. The owner has been very helpful, always helpful and very friendly. It’s a great place to stay!

River House

I have been here before and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately (for me) the fish weren’t biting, but the location allowed me to get some much needed rest (recovery from 2 major surgery’s in the last 6 months). The visit was cut short because of weather but well worth the trip. As before, the “next door neighbor” Jack, was extremely helpful and always willing to talk about daily issues; Thanks

Perfect Long Weekend Spot

We had an amazing time in Welaka with this incredible house as home base. We probably had more fun playing on the dock than we did running around on the boat. My son was occupied for hours tossing the cast net and fishing, with pretty decent success. The house was better than advertised and had everything we needed and then some. The host were awesome and we had some laughs. I'm sure they would have immediately addressed any issues if we would have had any. We all look forward to visiting again.

Randy's place was perfect! We were able to dock our boat on the boat lift with no problem and enjoyed the river so much. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect, porch was great to sit on and look at the view and Mr. Jack next door was delightful! Best River House on the St John’s

Our stay was perfect as always, we caught so many fish we had to borrow a cooler. It’s always a pleasure to see Mr Jack next door . He furnished all the ice you need and lots of good conversation.

We are Local Residents and own the property right next door. We have other one for family and it is not always occupied. My Wife Colleen and I live in East Palatka and we love the River.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a Great River Front Location close to St Augustine, The Beaches and some of the Best Fishing. You can boat to Salt Springs or Tour the Ocklawaha River, Lake George or go to Crescent Lake.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The sunset is amazing and bird watching is great also. Occasionally, you can even spot a Manatee swimming by. Have Dinner on the back porch with a nice breeze and enjoy nature.
