Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The two BR two bath house has ample room, very clean and comfortable. The back porch was large and furnished. The location was close to the community pool and short walk to the beach. Not much of a view of the ocean, but beautiful vegetations all around. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Pots and pans and other supplies were good. Only issue was cob webs on ceilings and bugs in the rooms. We definitely enjoyed the house and would stay there again.

FINALLY, an amazing spring break!

This was truly an amazing house. Laid out well, close walk to beach, private and quiet. Our smoky of 8 throughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!👍

We had an excellent week in the Finally cottage inside the Plantation. The home was roomy, nicely decorated, clean, convenient to the beach and to town. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook each night. We enjoyed lunch in town every day at Paddy's Raw Bar - great seafood and great service from Stormy and Jill. The Plantation has an extensive trail system which made bicycling safe and fun. A trail also connects to town which made our rides back and forth easy and safe. The beach was a 5 minute walk, the decks were roomy and the furniture perfect. We will certainly return!

Hidden Gem

The property was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was cozy, a very homey feel. The house is tucked away in natures best with the ocean a short walk to the lovely soft sandy beach. It was an amazing trip and I plan on staying at this house again later this year!! Finally the perfect place!

Last minute find that was just perfect!

We had a fabulous experience here at Finally and would love to come back! The house was perfect for our family of 5!! We loved the Plantation… the privacy of it as well as all it had to offer. By far our favorite things to do were to take morning bike rides, relax/play on the beach during the day, then head out to Bob Sike’s Cut/Jetties in the evening, and finish the night off at Paddy’s listening to live music. We booked this trip at the very last minute, and everything was just perfect!

Very clean nice location could have used a cutting board and at least one sharp knive ( must have been a dozen useless ones )

Finally in May

Beach access is good and the Plantation is a pretty area with access to the club house facilities. Also, I found the staff with Forgotten Shores to be friendly, well organized and intent that our stay was enjoyable

We had a great stay. The house was immaculate. We had some trouble with the television and they came out right away to fix it which we really appreciate I like that they gave you bicycles, which made it a lot easier to ride to the beach and to the pool. I think my only complaint is we were not allowed to rent golf carts and bring them through the neighborhood and that was not listed in the description. My daughter was really excited about renting a golf cart and we were not allowed to.

Tranquil Paradise

Access to the pool, and workout area. Most everything you need is there. I'd recommend bringing plastic cups, or yeti's as everything in the home is glass. Also, you'll need spices, oil, etc. Not much left from previous renters. Decks are wonderful and so much seating. The beach rental items were so helpful and delivered and picked up was a bonus. Will look to stay here again if in the area.

A Nice Two Weeks at Finally

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "Finally" is a very nice smaller (two-bedroom) home in the Plantation. We appreciated having everything on one level, and the split bedroom design and large living area made the home very comfortable. It is a nicely furnished home with a large, well-equipped kitchen. And it was clean and well-maintained. There's just a small view of the Gulf from the home, but it's a short walk to the beach and feels relatively secluded, set back on a short street, with trees around it. And we appreciated that we could have our small dog along with us. We would recommend this rental to others and also recommend Forgotten Shores Properties.

Love the Plantation!!

It was ideal being in the Plantation. We played pickleball, tennis, rode bikes. Will stay there again. The outdoor shower was a wonderful addition. Definitely use your rental credit for bikes and a cart! Made it so easy to get to and from the beach boardwalk. Dishes had been put away dirty and the ice tray had been empty. No ice trays so we had to wait a long while for the machine to start making ice again. More than normal amount of clean up required for checkout. They ask that beds and linens be stripped and that all dishes are washed, dried and put away. Timing that with a 10 am checkout is not easy and added stress, especially bc we needed to eat before we left. Also explains dishes being put away dirty. Overall, great place and wonderful time.
