Welcome to 'On Point'!

This 4BR/4BA home sleeps up to 10 total guests and is a great location for multiple families. Quiet and tucked away amongst the natural Florida vegetation, ‘On Point’ is a perfect getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle.

The open living space allows for the entire family to be together in one space, but with plenty of room to spread out! The well-equipped kitchen has room for multiple chefs, with large island bar with seating for 4 and dining table that can seat up to 10. Additional outdoor dining options are available on the screened-in porch and under-house.

The living room has high ceilings and is comfortably furnished with a SmartTV, DVD player/DVD collection, CD stereo and gas fireplace. With multiple areas to sit and relax, there is room for the entire group! Just off of the living room, the screened-in and furnished porch is a great place to enjoy an early breakfast or lunch, and the wrap-around deck allows for additional outdoor seating and easy access downstairs to the pool area.

2 spacious King master-suites are located Gulfside: one with a private bathroom with combination jetted tub/shower and the other with tile shower. The Twin bedroom also has a private bathroom with combination tub/shower and the Bunk bedroom (4 Twins) has access to a hall bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have SmartTV and DVD player, and doors that open onto the wrap-around deck. A full-size washer/dryer can be found in the dedicated laundry room.

Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, fish cleaning sink and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. With under-house parking, the carport is a great space to relax in the shade or to have the little ones safely play. An outdoor ping pong table and hangout area is the perfect place to chill while you wait for burgers to cook on the nearby park-style charcoal grill.

If you know, you know! ‘On Point’ is walking distance to Bob Sike’s Cut! Located between the Gulf of Mexico & the Apalachicola Bay, beach access is a 7-minute walk to the Gulf via Schooner Landing OR via Casa Del Mar. You can also opt to drive to the Schooner Landing parking (1-minute drive) and walk the nature path to the community beach boardwalk. Kayak launching into the Apalachicola Bay can be found at Nick’s Hole Cove, a 6-minute drive from the property.

As a guest staying inside the prestigious St. George Plantation community, you’ll have access to miles of bike path, 2 community swimming pools and tennis/pickleball courts! Use your complimentary beach gear credit toward bicycle rentals and explore the island on a pedal!

Allows up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee!!!

Incredible House and wonderful location

We have been coming to St George for over 20 years and this was one of the best houses we have stayed at. It had an incredibly stocked kitchen, even corn on the cob holders! The house was perfect for us and our adult kids. Pool was wonderful and the beach was a short walk to enjoy. Loved being close to the cut. Will definitely be back!

The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and loved having a private bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked, clean and modern. Screened porch is nice for sitting outside without worrying about no bugs. Kids made good use of the ping pong table. Would definitely stay here again!
