Cozy loft-style condo overlooking canal. Accommodates 8 guests, with loft style bedrooms. Condo is equipped with 4 queen beds total (queen bed, one queen bunk bed; top and bottom, pull out sofa.) Two full bathrooms, and modern renovation was completed in Spring of 2022. Nestled off 28th street, in a quiet development w/ outdoor pool and is located within walking distance to Jolly Rogers, the beach, boardwalk (located 27th street), many restaurants and other attractions Ocean City has to offer.

Amazing stay! My teenage kids and I stayed for a long weekend at the beach. It was perfect! This place is so cute and we had plenty of space. Property is close to everything. Will definately stay again!

Excellent bayside stay

Nice clean house on the bay with a cute deck overlooking the water. The electronic lock was nice, didn’t have to worry about losing a key. Community pool was great for swimming and quiet for most of the day.

Friends trip in OCMD!

Perfect condo placed right in the middle of OCMD, a walk from the beach, a couple bars, and restaurants! It was so clean and nicely kept, perfect for 6-7 friends! Amazing all around!! Host was very nice & quick to respond! We even got in early!!!

Great quiet location not far from the boardwalk

We had a great time at this VRBO in Ocean City! The property truly impressed us with its extreme cleanliness and thoughtful appointments. While we didn't cook, it was clear the kitchen was fully equipped. Having two full bathrooms was a game-changer, making our stay so much more convenient. The deck was a personal favorite, offering a serene spot for morning coffee and relaxing cocktails after a busy day. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were incredibly prompt in answering the one question we had. For those who want to avoid the boardwalk noise but still be just a minute's drive away, this location is ideal. As an adult with lumbar issues, I can confirm that the bottom bunk (full or queen, I believe) provided a surprisingly comfortable night's sleep with no issues.

Ocean City didn’t disappoint! Our family of 5 stayed at the newly renovated condo. From the time we booked until the time we left everything was perfect. The owner replied quickly to questions we had. Checking into the condo was very easy. A code was sent 24 hours prior to arriving. The neighbors were kind and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet. The condo was very clean. Linens were included which is a huge bonus. My family enjoyed crabbing off the deck. The beach was within walking distance. There were so many resteraunts and stores nearby. Your family won’t be bored staying here.

Felt just like home!

We had a super comfortable stay! The beds were all a bit different in softness so it took a while for everyone to find their comfort spot but, that's all a personal preference! Mornings and nights out by the boat slips was calming. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook your own food! The downstairs bathroom was a hit with the kids lol. Bluetooth speakers and nightlight lighting. We definitely will be looking into staying again!!

Reunion with Friends

Ryan's property was exactly how it looks in the pictures, yet had some additional great features! A huge perk to have two full bathrooms (one even with fun lighting and a speaker system!), great deck to start the day out overlooking part of the bay, and felt super clean and comfortable. The location was a huge plus and was a quick drive to everything! Definitely would recommend!

Best Spot In Ocean City

The places was clean / new had everything we needed for a friends reunion weekend. Could not recommend this place enough. Being on the water, close to the beach, close to roller coaster theme park. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Great Spot, Great Experience

My friends and I were all pleasantly surprised with this place. It was a beautiful location with several well provided services such as several streaming platforms readily available. It’s within good walking distance if everything so the group only had to drive somewhere once (to a location that was outside the city). It was a great relaxing place to hang out and chill and the owners were very friendly and cooperative throughout the stay.
