Ce condo se trouve au deuxième étage du Wellington Manor, un charmant complexe à 800 mètres au nord du centre de Wells. Promenez-vous le matin dans la réserve naturelle Rachel Carson (deux miles au nord-est), apportez vos planches de boogie pour les jours d'été à Drake's Island Beach et trouvez d'innombrables trésors cachés dans les célèbres boutiques d'antiquités de la route 1.

Levez-vous et brillez pour préparer le petit-déjeuner et les collations à la plage dans la cuisine climatisée, détendez-vous dans un siège sur le balcon avec moustiquaire et tirez le journal sur la connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Lorsque vous ne surfez pas et ne nagez pas à la plage, vous pouvez faire un plongeon dans la piscine intérieure commune (ouverte uniquement du Memorial Day au lendemain du jour de Columbus), jouer à quelques parties de billard au club-house et vous rassembler pour regarder films sur la télévision par câble à écran plat, magnétoscope et lecteur DVD.

The place was excellent and in a fabulous location It was perfect for our vacation There was some mildew on the shower curtain, but everything else was greatWe appreciated that there was a fan in the room if needed and extra blankets for cold nights

Very clean nice balcony seating, beds were very soft but comfortable. Good location 12 min to Kennebunkport! Nice grounds and great clubhouse! A little outdated but nice!

I freaked out when i used one of the towels amd had lots of black long hair all over my body. That was an awful experience. And the sheets kept coming off the bed. The room was big and everything worked. We were comfortable. Price was very reasonable.

Cozy, quiet condo with beautiful grounds and view off porch.

Very well groomed, pretty grounds. We had an excellent view from our screened in porch over a courtyard with large trees & tons of birds. Not crowded since privately owned condos. Will go again if possible.

Friendly neighbors who own or rent condos. Nothing fancy but clean with all the necessities in the kitchen (with full -sized refrigerator and freezer.) if you'd like to cook some of your own meals, rather than eating out. Planning to go again next year.

Quiet and well-stocked

We stayed here for just one night. The property was clean and quiet and the amenities (pool/clubhouse, etc) were great for our kids to play with. The screened-in balcony was nice for relaxing. Located close to beach.

The room was exactly as advertised. It was clean and it’s central to a lot of Southern Maine beaches so it was a nice location. It was a great and easy experience and we didn’t want to leave!

Great location, just a short drive to all the things we love about this part of Maine. It was nice to have a kitchen for cooking some meals in rather than eating out for every meal. Communication emails with check-in instructions were great. The screened in balcony was perfect for relaxing when we weren’t out enjoying the beaches, and although we didn’t encounter many others at the condo, those we did meet were very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place, good location

This place was a perfect location for spending time in Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Check-in process was easy, response from our host was timely and friendly. The facility was well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed use of the pool and pool table while there. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the little screened-in porch. The kitchen was small, but stocked adequately. We didn't do a lot of cooking, so it was fine. The couch was comfortable Sleeping was a little warm because the air conditioner is in the kitchen area but there is a pedestal fan in the sleeping area which helps.

Small but clean condo!

Clean. Well stocked. Towels and linens available. Easy to access with code. A little crowded with couch and table in kitchen but we really didn’t use either one. Screened in porch. Accessibility to pool till Dec 31st. Not sure what month it opens. Clubhouse with games, videos and lounge. My only complaint is noisy neighbor. The dog woke up us at night and the TV woke is up very early!

I talked to one of your employees on line about possibly changing to a different room as we didnt realize you had a 2 story bldg. And my friend uses a walker and had to go up 17 steps ea time we went anywhere. Whoever answered my online request was not aymathetic at all. The place was not busy, im sure that we could have gotten a different room because she is disabled and refused to do anything to help out. It shouldnt have been that difficult. With this happening it ruined our vacation. We will never do business there again.

Very disappointing, the unit had a strong unpleasant smell. I reported this to Vacasa the first night requesting a different unit or refund. I got the standard scripted response. I’m still waiting for the “manager” to contact me. I checked out the next day and had to book with another hotel an additional expense. With the unsatisfactory service I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Needs a solid cleaning and furniture replaced

We walked in and a disgusting stench hit us. After cleaning most of the place ourselves we realized the throw rugs were the smell. Mildew/moldy stench. The beds are terrible, saggy and too soft, the mattress cover was ripped and the linens looked old stains on the blankets. The couches and chair pads are gross, stained, discolored and who knows what else. There's a note left for the cleaning crew to only use a damp cloth on the floors, well that's a mistake. Sticky, dirty, bug ridden floors. This place could be wonderful but clearly the cleaning crew doesn't do a good job. We complained when we arrived but the owner still has yet yo contact us about the property. Huge disappointment and waste of money. Might as well stay at a cruddy old motel. Vacassa did nothing yo help us either so won't be booking through them again.

Dirty but nice location

When my group first showed up, there was a lack of cleanliness to the room. Other than that, the location was great and there were so many fun activities in the area.
