Une magnifique maison trĂšs bien entretenue situĂ©e Ă  l'ouest de Sedona. La maison entiĂšre de 1750 pieds carrĂ©s avec 3 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bain / 2 voitures est Ă  vous, offrant un grand salon, une cuisine, une chambre principale au premier Ă©tage, une chambre sĂ©parĂ©e avec lit queen et une chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage avec lit queen. La salle de bain principale a deux lavabos avec baignoire et douches sĂ©parĂ©es, une cour privĂ©e et une entrĂ©e individuelle. Une 1/2 salle de bain est disponible dans le salon, et la chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage a sa propre douche / WC. Nouveau plancher partout, comptoirs en granit et nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine. Profitez de superbes vues sur le redrock de Thunder Mountain via nos grandes fenĂȘtres! Nous venons de rĂ©nover la maison avec goĂ»t et d'assurer un logement moderne et propre! Nous sommes un «premier / super hĂŽte» et sommes trĂšs fiers que vous passiez le meilleur sĂ©jour possible Ă  Sedona. La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  environ 2 miles de "uptown", 1/4 mile Ă  pied des Ă©piceries et Ă  1/2 mile Ă  pied du premier sentier de randonnĂ©e pour le systĂšme de sentiers "Thunder mountain / Teacup / Sugar loaf / Chimney". Sedona est absolument magnifique et offre une multitude d'aventures en plein air pour tout amateur de niveau! Des visites guidĂ©es Ă  vĂ©lo ou en randonnĂ©e sont parfois disponibles.

Great place in beautiful location

My friends and I stayed here during a short trip to Sedona and loved it. The home is in a great location, the owner was friendly and responsive, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay in great location

Great stay - short drive to uptown and hiking access walkable from house. House was comfortable for our family with 2 young adult children. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. Only wish the master bedroom had a king size bed!

Perfect place to relax

My family has been traveling all over Arizona and Utah. By the time we got to Sedona we were beat. The house was a welcome stop over. Clean, comfortable, and even had a Christmas tree lit and waiting for us. Highly recommend.

First time to Sedona

Beautiful view from home, a little trouble getting into the home, but was able to get in touch with owner quickly. Definitely would like to have stayed longer after realizing how many trails there were to explore. 2 Days was not enough.

Overall great and easy to work with owner. House is outdated if that bothers you but we didn't mind at all since it is great and great location. Great house and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and nice house

This house is the perfect Location for all things in Sedona. I stayed with my sister-in-law and our moms and we all enjoyed our time. The house is very clean, well stocked with basic needs, and has a nice layout. The owner of the property was attentive and gave great recommendations as we requested. The views from the windows are AMAZING! If I come back I would definitely stay here again.

An outstanding property!

This is truly a wonderful property to rent! Two blocks away from grocery stores, drug stores, a couple restaurants, the main street of Sedona. And you can look out at Sugarloaf! Super quiet at night. Stayed here in April 2024 for three nights to hike with family. Every major trail in Sedona is less than a 15-minute drive (if you head out early as we did). Owner is a gem--he's available for any and all Sedona hiking, dining, or activity questions. I would absolutely book this property again. Don't hesitate--book this property for your visit!

Best views & lots of space

4 adults, we had plenty of space to relax and chat. Conveniently located, near restaurants, hiking, and shopping. We should have stayed longer. Well stocked kitchen! The private deck is very small, fits 2 but not 4. Not really a space for spending much time outdoors. But we were out and about..so it didn't matter. Great communication and fast responses to questions about the area from owner! Very happy with our stay here!

Close to hiking!

The house worked very well for 5 adults and was consistent with description. Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable home with quick access to grocery stores. Kitchen had all needed items for cooking in. It was a short walk to the trailheads which we loved!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Location to shopping, hike trails, resorts, dining etc. I feel our listing is located well to launch hikes & rides right from the driveway. Thunder Mountain trail system has something for every skill set, & you can connect trails to other systems for 4 plus hour rides / hikes! Its one of the attributes I appreciate, especially in peak season when traffic is challenging. You can literally walk to dinner, the brewery, movie theater, grocery store, sunset views on Sugarloaf mountain etc.
