SituĂ© Ă  Greenwood Forest sur Sea Pines Plantation, cette maison a accĂšs aux commoditĂ©s de Greenwood Forest, y compris une piscine, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket, une aire de pique-nique et une aire de jeux. Le quartier serein et ombragĂ© des «Foresters» est parfait pour les promeneurs qui voudront peut-ĂȘtre ajouter quelques Ă©tapes Ă  leur routine quotidienne ou pour ceux qui veulent faire un petit tour pour se promener.

Very nice property located close the beach. Loved sea pines community. Avoid the outrageous VRBO fee and go straight to the management company.

Hilton head rental

We enjoyed the proximity to bike paths, the central location, and quiet neighborhood. Beach access was easy to get too and less crowded if you access south beach.

Beautiful House and Neighborhood

This was a lovely house with a great porch. Good location for beach, pool and shopping. Trolleys and shuttle made getting around a breeze. Everyone loved the bikes. Highly recommend this house.

Family Retreat

The property was clean and bright, with a nice kitchen and common areas. Very conveniently located to Harbor Town, South Beach and the Beach Club. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We would stay here again, and highly recommend 4 Hollyberry.

Wow!

We had a fantastic week at Hilton Head - from booking the house to organizing bike rentals everything was very smooth. The house was perfect for ourselves and two adult children, it was also very clean, had everything we needed and was perfect in every way. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Place

The house was beautiful, well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with needed utensils and dinnerware. We used the grill on the back deck for steaks and they were delicious. Great, quiet neighborhood. The bicycles were great too!! Quick bike ride to the beach. Would stay again! We loved our time at Sea Pines and made lots of wonderful memories.

We had such a great time. The home was beautiful and matched the listing. We had a minor snafu at checkin where the door code had changed, but it was resolved within minutes after one call, despite being 2am. (Travel day didn't go exactly as planned). We were vacationing with our dog Bo and we were touched to find a doggie bag as part of the welcome kit. Treats, poop bags, a tennis ball and local vet info, along with info on local dog friendly restaurants. It was really thoughtful.The house included bikes for the week and the neighborhood was just perfect to make use of them. So disappointed when the week was over and we had to pack up and head home.We look forward to staying here again next year.

Great vacation home!

This is the second time we have rented this house and it’s wonderful. On quiet street with access to community pool and a short bike ride to beach. Bikes came with our rental. Hilton Head is a foodies delight, but so is this kitchen. It’s the best stocked rental in terms of kitchen equipment that I’ve ever seen. Every time we thought they were missing some kitchen gadget, we’d open up a new drawer and find it. In fact, one of my daughters even baked a cake in the house. House was well laid out and immaculate. Great stay!

Overall fantastic experience! We do a family trip to Sea Pines every year and have stayed at many homes in this area. Clean place. Everything you need is already on site. Description matched to a tee. Loved the ability to lock/unlock home through the app. Bikes included with rental were a blast. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, appliances, etc. Close to the to beach club, restaurants, Harbour Town, shopping, and grocery. Pets/service dogs being allowed a huge bonus for our family. Only negative was the beds. Not docking any star rating as this is a personal preference. Used to Tempur-Pedic beds and these were all spring mattresses on all the beds. Made for an overall uncomfortable sleeping experience. All-in-all would definitely stay here again!

Great week!

Weather was beautiful. House was just as described. The ac went out one evening and after one phone call and less than 2 hours, the repairman showed up and fixed it. Can't ask for more than that.

Dog smell

Rug in living room needs cleaning. Smelled like dogs. Otherwise the house is a 5 star rating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home!

We LOVED staying at this lovely home. It was our third rental on HHI in three weeks (we kept extending our trip at the last minute) and this was definitely our favorite. Having the bikes included was great. Especially since Sea Pines has such great bike paths. The location was an easy drive or bike to the beach. The house was cozy and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had all updated appliances. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Best place we've stayed in Sea Pines thus far

This is the 3rd house we've rented in Sea Pines and it was the best for our group (family with disabled child, and grandparents). Kitchen was stocked with whatever equipment you might need, as well as trash bags, tin foil, storage bags. There were toys for the beach, bocce ball in the closet, books to read. House was beautiful, and allowed dogs (with a box of treats for ours when we arrived) Nice neighborhood with pool within walking distance. House is beautiful - recently renovated. With the exception of the steps into the house, it was all one-level - no problems for elderly or disabled. Only issue was master bed is really high, so hard for someone with limited mobility. But there are two other bedrooms, so you can swap if the bed is too difficult for older or disabled person. Master bath, however, was great for disabled child!

Perfect for us

My family of four joined up with The Grands (2) for some quality time together. The size and location of the house suited us very well. Glad it came with four bikes too. Although a gated community on Hilton Head is not my ideal vacation spot, it suited us well for the occasion.

good family get-away

Reality of the property matched the online presentation exactly. This was just the right size for our family of 4 and 1 young dog. Really appreciated the extra touches of supplies upon arrival. This property has a lot of amenities to offer overall and was extremely pleasant.
