The condo was very clean. It was well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. We love this location. We can walk everywhere - no need to move the car unless sightseeing in Charleston. Our favorite was sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean view. This is our second stay. We will be back!!!

What a fantastic week we had! The location was unbeatable and the condo was perfect for our group. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The home was very nice overall. The view from the balcony was great and there was plenty of comfortable seating. The one big downside for me was that the king bed was in the small guest bedroom and shared a small bathroom with the second guest bedroom. For some inconceivable reason the master-bedroom only has a double bed which is far too small to share with my husband. So my daughter slept in the master suite while we slept in the guest bedroom on the king bed. The bedroom with the king bed is also completely filled wall to wall with the king bed and there is no dresser or anywhere to put your luggage. The whole thing is quite a mystery because the master bedroom is much larger and would easily accommodate the king bed and it also has a spacious dresser and the attached master bathroom. If the beds were switched this would have been an ideal stay and would have gotten 5 stars.

Great location and ocean view. Nice size balcony, comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen for cooking. We really enjoyed our month at the beach.

We left early because the furnishings were so uncomfortable. The living room set up was so awkward. The furniture was old, had a nasty smell and was unbelievably uncomfortable. We couldn’t even enjoy the view from the balcony because the outdoor furniture was equally uncomfortable. We expect to be able to relax while on vacation. Also, the TV set up was not easy to navigate. I would suggest leaving instructions.

Best place on Folly Beach. All the eateries and shops are a short walk away and we could watch the beach and surfers from our balcony. Walk to the pier and beach was less than 5 min.

Had a fabulous week at Folly Beach. Weather was perfect. Condo was great!! Very clean and After an initial trip for a few groceries we didn’t have to get back in our vehicle until time for our sad departure. Such a short walk to everything and a fantastic covered deck for all the front porch sitting you can stand with that fantastic ocean view

Kitchen has every utensil you could ever want, all kinds of shops close at hand ie.. seafood, coffee shops. very clean and basically a one level house you will be renting.

Ocean was visible from the kitchen, living room and expansive deck. You’re in the heart of the action. Live music, market, restaurant and beach all within walking distance. Suggestions: a hammock on the deck would’ve been great and more toilet paper - one roll for a week long stay is a bit too conservative.
