La belle plage et le quai de pĂȘche ne sont qu'Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied, tout comme la rue Centre oĂč vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et magasins locaux. DĂ©tendez-vous dans le salon confortable oĂč vous aurez toujours cette vue magnifique sur Folly Beach depuis les portes coulissantes qui donnent sur le balcon et laissent entrer beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle. Organisez une soirĂ©e cinĂ©ma en famille autour du grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur intelligent Ă  Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble HD et lecteur Blu-ray. Great quality place

This spot appears brand new. I don’t remember it looking so nice in the photos, but it was really perfect. It came with more supplies than indicated which was a nice surprise. Be aware that the restaurant next door has music jamming on the weekends till about 11pm. It wasn’t a huge deal, but if you go to bed prior, bring ear plugs or a sound machine.

Summer family vaca

This property was very clean with everything we needed. Located right by Center St to walk to all shops and restaurants. My son was able to walk to beach and surf almost every day.

We had a lovely stay at Pier Pleasure. Couldn’t ask for a better location and everything in the condo was nice and in good condition. Point off for no jetted tub and the unit number was hard to find in description.

Folly Beach & Charleston

Property was excellent overall; comfortable, clean and well furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony deck area in the evenings. It was a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The close proximity to Charleston, 20 minutes, allowed taking in some southern culture, something that seems more difficult along the gulf coast. I will definitely consider this property again if a future need arises. Note: on the evening of our arrival, the outlet fitting to the water heater burst. We shut off the water to the water heater and called Folly's Best management. They had a new water heater installed by about 1pm the next day. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency in which this situation was resolved. We spent most of the next morning and afternoon at the beach anyway, and it had little impact on our stay. Trust Folly's Best.

Excellent!

So lucky to have found this condo! Everything about the condo was great but the porch was AMAZING. We loved sitting on the huge deck giving us a view of the water and loads of people watching. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything and a short drive to Charleston or Mt. Pleasant. My only advice is to bring your own pillow!

Perfect location in Folly

We’ve been coming to Folly multiple times a year since the mid 90s and I pick different rentals based on the time of year, who is coming with us, and how long we are staying. This condo is perfect for people who want to be close to Center St., the pier, and Bert’s (and who don’t mind a little noise). For us and our adult children, it was perfect to go to the beach and to visit the restaurants and bars. The condo itself was super clean and has definitely gone out of its way to make it convenient and comfortable. There is a big beautiful balcony to sit on and people watch. And even though the condo is on the 2nd block in, you can even see a sliver of the ocean from it. You get 2 parking spots and it was not difficult to find free parking on Cooper for our 3rd car. If you are familiar with Folly and want to be where the action is, this is a great option.

Folly’s Best!

This property far exceeded our expectations! It was fully stocked for everything you need and so very clean! The bathroom floor tile sparkled! The bed linens were extra nice too. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and the pier. The large porch was the perfect place to relax and watch the surfers in the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon!

Wonderful Stay!

Excellent!

I totally agree with the other reviews-this place is very clean, which is one of the reasons we chose this rental. It’s also roomy and a nice layout. The beds were decently comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The kitchen is well stocked. Another bonus was all the food containers. We like to cut up fruits, etc. and usually there are no storage containers to store it. There is a Keurig, but the property description only says a drip coffee maker (there’s both). There is a nice little vacuum for keeping the sand cleaned up. The location is fantastic! A couple blocks from the beach, with a nice view from the balcony and close to dining/shopping. Surprisingly the taco/tequila bar was not loud or intrusive for being so close. We would stay here again.

Nice visit

We loved the place and it was as advertised. We loved the Folly Beach location. It's laid back beach town but the condo was enough off the main street that noise wasn't ever an issue.

Cancellation policy

It was my fault, but I missed reading the cancellation policy. There is zero cancellation allowed once booked. So there is definitely a risk involved with this booking! I looked at canceling our booking due to friends having a death in the family and the funeral service the wknd of our trip. Fortunately we had other friends that could make the trip in their place. Aside from that, the accommodations and location where excellent! Nice large front porch with a nice view of the Atlantic and good for people watching. Very friendly lady from the mngmnt company came by and asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything after we checked in. Place was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.
