Perfectly appointed for a relaxing getaway, this cozy villa offers direct beach access and is located right on Hilton Head's prime stretch of sand. Featuring a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bunks for the kids (located in the bedroom), all cooled with central air. Enjoy 2 beach bikes and beach chairs included with your stay! Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the new Celebration Park — everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is right at your doorstep!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Condo was very clean and well equipped. A nice view and the beach is just steps away. We loved having the bikes onsite to use. We appreciated that it had toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, soap - for a short stay it was nice not to have to buy these! There is a strong musty smell - not sure if it's always like that and it may not bother others. Overall it was a nice accommodation.

Great Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property! Great view of the beach from the patio. Since the property is right on the beach, the walk was very easy which is a plus with kids. There is also a nice pool that is easy to access on ground floor. Property was very clean and owner sent note to check on us to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend booking this property for location, functionality, and cleanliness - 10/10!

Perfect cozy space in amazing location

The place worked perfectly for our family- and you cannot beat the location and easy access to beach and nearby restaurants. The condo was nice, clean and comfy. We enjoyed the balcony with ocean view every day.

Family vacation

Location of condo and access to the beach are great! Communication with the host is great! My oldest tried to sleep on the couch bed (he was a little tall for the bunk bed) the mattress on the fold out couch was completely worn out. Way too thin and hard
 you could feel every spring from the couch underneath. The bikes also could use some updating. We rode them once, but the chains are super rusty and one of set of tires was borderline flat 
 they definitely could use some work. Other than those two things, the condo was fine. Location was great! We walked to dinner all but one night, and had perfect access to the beach and lots of shopping. Thanks for the complimentary cookies as well!

Perfect Location!!

When we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised how stocked the condo was. Plenty of toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc. Both it and the property were very clean. The location can’t be beat, we parked once and never used our car. We walked to Coligny Plaza for meals and shopping. She also had the cutest cookies waiting for us! Plenty of carts and a space to park and unload, with an elevator. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we would definitely stay again!

Great spot

We took a short break from everyday life to recharge at the beach. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, condo was very clean, owner super responsive. It was a small condo but perfect for the two of us.

Best condo!

This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Perfect for our baby moon! We had more than enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap) for the whole week (which is very rare)! The condo was very very clean! The small welcome gift was also a bonus! We absolutely loved this condo and hope to come back!!

Great condo!

This condo was the perfect little getaway for my daughter and me. When I first arrived I thought it strange that you entered into the bedroom. I realized how smart that was, though, as it meant the bedroom was cool and dark for great sleeping. My daughter loved the built in bunk beds, too! The ladder was missing, but as soon as we mentioned it, the owner had one sent! She checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was great. The ocean view and balcony were great, as was the quick beach access across a short boardwalk. Location was a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza with shopping and restaurants. The pool was clean and never crowded. The gate to the beach is my only complaint, the code didn't always work. In that case we just walked in through the picnic area access. Kitchen and living area were just right. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit.launder was just down the hall and never busy. We really loved this unit and would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!

This is the perfect little place for a small family. It’s so conveniently located to everything. The bikes that were provided made for easy access to local restaurants and shops. The condo is close to the pool and beach access. The unit was clean and got you a nice little start on the basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc. You will need to meet delivery drivers outside of the secured gate but it wasn’t a big deal when we ordered groceries in. We just took our beach wagon and we were good to go. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also provided. If flying in, this is so helpful to have for your use. You will need to bring beach towels and plan on washing towels that are provided during your stay. We will be back for sure.

Perfect Location

We loved the property, the condo was the perfect size for us for the short weekend trip we were there for on our way to Florida. The bikes were an added plus that we used to ride to the shops and dining right down the road. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed.

Great beach access!!!

Location to beach is great! Cozy condo worked great for 2 people. Sofa bed works better if you put the mattress on the floor to eliminate feeling metal rods on pullout. Owners respond quickly to questions, very nice.

Cozy

We stayed 2 nights (family of 4). Our kids (9 & 10) loved the bunks. There were a couple of nice surprises the owner left us when we arrived. It’s a 3rd level unit and everything is convenient; Pool, beach, elevator, and laundry facilities. It’s really close to shopping and restaurants. A/C felt great despite how hot it was. There are 2 adult bikes available to use with the unit as well. This place was small but perfect for our stay. Definitely recommend.

The place was perfect for us! Close to the beach, which was calm and beautiful! Great location, nice pool, and supplied all the extras we needed when flying in. Nice balcony with beach view. Very pleased!!

Needed break

Although i was working, it was nice to look out from the couch & see the ocean. Short walk to the park for lunch made it convenient. Lots of restaurant & bar options even during the holiday with great people.
