Notre douce maison sereine est située en face d'un parc et d'un lac. Il est à distance de marche de nombreux magasins et endroits pour manger. Il n'y a qu'une seule route à prendre pour aller à la plage! Notre propriété a des planchers en bois, une cheminée, cour clôturée, patio, mezzanine et terrasse qui surplombe un parc. Si vous recherchez du repos et de la détente, c'est le bon choix! Le meilleur de tous si vous avez un membre de la famille à fourrure, ils peuvent être avec vous aussi! Je suis un enseignant spécialisé. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ou d’aide pour décider où aller, nous ne sommes qu’à dix minutes! Vous apprécierez absolument Sarasota et le temps est spectaculaire!

The property was very welcoming to our dog. It had a fenced in backyard with the screen didn’t porch. So she could come and go as she wanted when we were home. The biggest drawback was the bed. One side was up against the wall, so you could only get out of bed one way or crawl down to the bottom of the bed. It was definitely an inconvenience. The location was close to many things. It was very accessible to Siesta Beach. If the traffic wasn’t bad. Overall, I don’t think I would stay there again mainly because of the bed position.

Sorry you didn’t sleep well. There was another bedroom with 2 twin beds that was more accessible and both have a memory foam topper! Glad you enjoyed the beautiful weather and Siesta Key Beach being so close to the house! Sarasota is beautiful :)

Great Location and Bird Watching

We had a great stay at this property. There were plenty of dishes and towels. The beds were comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the birds. It's a quick drive over to Crescent Beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Carrie was very responsive to messages I sent.

Best Pet friendly place

Host was very helpful with recommendations for beaches, dog parks and restaurants. We needed to check in a bit earlier due to fur babies and made it possible! House was clean, cozy and a great yard fly our pups. Highly recommend

Girl's Weekend

Rented this house for a girl's weekend with m daughter. It was very comfortable. Loved that it was close to Siesta Key, mini golf, Siesta Key Rum and a great seafood restaurant. Very quite neighborhood. The beds were great.

We loved the beach

The house was clean but small. Back yard and screened in porch were messy. No outlets in the bathroom more pots and pans needed.

It’s a cottage. Cute for a small number I say. The outlet is by the white cabinet in the bathroom and the extra pots and pans where in the cabinet next to the stove. I always leave our numbers in case you need info or didn’t see the binder with all the information. The outside area is made for our furry friends to have fun as well, so the owners won’t worry about a garden being torn up as they are running around enjoying life as we do! Wonderful Host!

Carrie was so helpful throughout our stay. She was in constant communication whenever I would message her. We had 4 animals with us and truly appreciated being able to bring them with us. Backyard is fenced in so we didn't have to worry about the dogs. The house is cute and homey, very pet friendly with all the little signs hanging around. It is in a great location, especially if you're staying on vacation!

A/C was ice cold when I went in after you left :) I think being on a boat for a few days out in the hot sun raises your body temperature. The house did accommodate your very large boat and few pets for a 10 dollar pet fee for the entire stay. Hope that in itself was worth it. I don’t have a floor fan due to fire regulations. Lots of ceiling fans though! Thank you for your input.

We had a good time staying at Gabriel's cottage

The house and fenced in back yard were all nice and what was ex0ected. The interior is rather dark/dim but not sure what can be done about that. The house was a bit dusty when we arrived bit not that big of a deal. Overall we had a very nice time. The bed in the bigger room is very comfortable and we appreciated all the ammenties in the house.

Carol, I am so glad you guys had an awesome time in Sarasota despite all those overcast and rainy days you had during your stay! Florida does seem dim when we get days like that and add the dark cherry wood floors at the cottage and one gets ready for a nap quickly! The cleaning lady came the day after Christmas so I am sorry she missed a few dust areas in the outside porch area as rained heavily that day! The good news is that you got to spend precious time with your 2 dogs and loved one! Life is about moments and I am so happy you were able to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us each and everyday with people and pets you love! Many beautiful blessings sent your way! Carrie

Had the owner told us in the ad that they had bugs we would NOT have stayed there. I feel we deserve a 50% refund as the owner was less than honest in our accommodations. The owner left a message for us on the refrigerator that said because this was in South Florida and that it was 'bug season' we could expect this. That is not right because we stayed in another home in January and had no bugs. Sincerely, KE and ME

We have a monthly pet control. I could have called them right away! I asked you how things were going many times and you said no problems. You stayed the entire time with complaints. Hubby even came over and took your garbage out and helped you with Roku. The note referred to red bug slough park around the corner. There was no reason for this review except for money. People are so mean now lately and it’s really sad :(

Cozy little place

The property was clean and ready when we arrived. The layout of the house was a little strange as the master bedroom had a loft, like it was set up for kids. But if you are staying with children I'm sure they would love it! The property owner had everything labeled so there was no confusion. We found it very helpful and had a great stay.

Great stay!

The place was great and the pups loved running around the yard. The pictures don’t really do it justice because in person it is bigger then we anticipated. It was super close to everything and close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and they left great recommendations on were to eat.

Dog friendly, close and cozy

We stayed there 3 weeks while our home close by was being remodeled. Owner was a delight! Answered every question I had. We and our pups loved all the birds!! So many useful tools in the kitchen from Keurig to Espresso machine! Close to Publix and easy delivery too!
