Our son and his family joined us for a few days in St. George. The condo was a great base for our Snow canyon and Zion's trips! Plus, the view from the place is awesome!! The complex also has some great amenities!

Very nice. Very clean and would stay again.
Our host was very responsive to our needs and the house was clean and it. Had everything we needed. The community club house was clean clean and had plenty of activities for the whole family. Great jump off point to visit Kolob Canyon.

Loved our stay at Las Palmas
Shared this with another family. The space was large and never felt cramped. Large bathrooms and big rooms that let you have your privacy. Beautiful views. The club house and pools and sports on property (basketball, shuffle board, corn hole, pickleball) entertained the kids.
Would definitely book this again!

Fun in St. George
We had a great time at Las Palmas. The condo was clean and as listed. It was very spacious for our 8 people staying there. The kitchen was stocked with the dishes we needed and they provided pool towels. It also has an amazing view! We went in June, so had lots of fun in the pools after morning exploring. We loved the location as it is near many places including Snow Canyon, Zion, and Dixie National Forest.

So sorry that you ran out of hot water. There is only one hot water heater per unit, and it will run out after several people shower or bath or dishwasher has been ran. We have had a plumber look at the hot water heater to ensure it is working properly. Thank you for your feedback. We hope to host you again in the future!

St. George Getaway
This was a great place to use for our quick trip to St. George. It had enough space for our 6-person family and my kids enjoyed coming back to swim in the main pool after dinner each night. The property is near Thunder Junction park, but most other areas of interest are a bit further away, so this is best suited for those with their own transportation. Downtown and other attractions are about a 5-10 minute drive. Pam was responsive and assisted us during our stay. Overall, I would stay at this property again.

This condo had beautiful views, new appliances and an easy check in process. The unit wasn't clean spilled food in the refrigerator dishwasher full) broken blinds, limited kitchen (nothing, not even salt & pepper). We were never able to get the TV's working (no, welcome notebook with housekeeping items) . The location was great, parking great and views are incredible.

Great condo
Our family of 6 had a great experience in St. George staying at this condo. Had some issues at check-in that I would guess were caused by a power outage prior to our check-in which included the oven not heating, the dryer not functioning, and some outlets not working. Was able to reset some breakers to get things back working. Would have been icing on the cake if the hot tub on the back porch was functional. Thanks!

Weekend trip to St. George
When we walked in the place was beautiful! The pictures almost didn't do it justice. Everything was clean and nice. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and that master bedroom and bathroom were huge! We were in St. George to visit family and the huge open living room and kitchen area were perfect. Plenty of seating to eat and relax. Being on the first floor was also great because the kids could play outside while the grown ups visited. It was also a super short walk to the club house with a bunch of pools and other activities. My kids already are asking if we can stay at this condo the next time we come to St. George and it's a definite yes from me!

Simple and comfortable
Everything was great should of labeled the remote controllers to match the different rooms. Need more instructions on use of the house, Air Conditioner, Dishwasher, Garbage disposal. Guest bedroom did not have any cable TV. Listing rep[resented a TV in the bedroom.

Didn’t provide enough basics
We stayed an entire week and there wasn’t enough toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. It was annoying to be on vacation and have to buy that stuff. If we pay for a week, there should be a week’s worth of those things. Also, the management company didn’t respond the first day when we couldn’t get the tv to work.

Lots of little problems
The wrong code was given to us so we couldn’t get in right away when we arrived. Emergency line answered and gave us correct cod thankfully. Other issues that affected our stay
No pool keys at house- delivered after we reached out
Pool said open til 10pm but closed at 8:45pm
Toilets broke plumber came
Hot water heater broke plumber came
Ran out of toilet paper
Counters and sinks were clean but a disgusting amount of dust build up, napkins and stuff behind beds and in corners etc
Dark space without much overhead lighting and place was quite a ways away from things. Pam was very helpful and responsive. Place was acceptable but not worth what they charged.
