Belle maison au bord du lac trÚs prÚs de la plage avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complÚtes, terrasse spacieuse avec barbecue donnant sur le lac. Allée pour 4 voitures et toutes les commodités de la maison. Idéal pour jusqu'à 4 couples et 2 enfants, mais nous aimons les enfants! Faites-nous savoir ce dont vous avez besoin.

Endroit idéal pour profiter de la plage et de la promenade, pour faire des excursions d'une journée à New York, Atlantic City, Philadelphie ou des points intermédiaires. Super disposition pour les groupes de mariage, les réunions de famille et les anciennes vacances d'été.

L'espace

Notre maison Lakefront Beachside récemment rénovée est idéalement située dans une rue résidentielle calme à seulement 3 pùtés de maisons de la plage et de la promenade de Jenkinson. Nous vous invitons à profiter de tout ce qui concerne notre maison, le mobilier intérieur élégant, une cuisine bien équipée et la terrasse arriÚre spacieuse donnant sur Little Silver Lake. L'endroit idéal pour se détendre en famille aprÚs une journée de plaisir à la plage.

Il y a deux chambres au premier étage, une avec un lit king et l'autre avec deux lits doubles. Deux chambres à l'étage ont la vue sur le lac, une avec un lit queen, et l'autre a un lit queen plus un lit de repos double et un lit gigogne pour accueillir les jeunes enfants. Chaque chambre est bien aménagée avec une disposition spacieuse pour votre plaisir.

Trois salles de bain complĂštes, deux Ă  l'Ă©tage et une salle de bain principale en bas, toutes avec des boiseries pour vous rappeler vos vacances sur la cĂŽte.

L'espace de vie a un canapé à trois places, une causeuse et une chaise de canapé, avec tabourets supplémentaires et poufs pour plus de siÚges et de détente. La table à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes et il y a trois tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine. Les deux coins salon et salle à manger bénéficient d'une vue magnifique sur le lac. Il y a un coin salon supplémentaire à l'étage avec une causeuse pour ceux qui veulent avoir un peu de temps privé.

Notre bijou Lakefront Beachside se sentira comme à la maison pendant votre séjour. Quatre chambres confortables et trois salles de bain complÚtes pratiques, une cuisine de chef avec tous les outils dont vous avez besoin pour appliquer vos compétences gastronomiques tandis que vos amis et votre famille vous tiennent compagnie dans notre grande piÚce à plan ouvert.

Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour, de votre intimité et de votre confort, y compris deux coins salons, chacun avec un écran plat et des chaßnes premium pour votre plus grand plaisir, des ustensiles de cuisine, des serviettes de plage et du linge de maison, une laveuse et une sécheuse, le WiFi, un grill le pont, et un concierge sur appel.

Nous demandons que seules deux chambres restent intactes, le placard de rangement Ă  l'Ă©tage et le garage.

Interaction avec les invités

Notre gestionnaire / concierge Pamela sera sur place pour vous accueillir dans notre maison au bord de la plage au bord du lac et restera disponible pour toute question que vous pourriez avoir. Notre objectif est de nous assurer que vos vacances sont parfaites Ă  terre!

Property looked exactly like it did in the pictures. This is a great space for a large family, or two families to use as a central place for a beach vacation.We found everything clean, neat and in good shape. We are family of eight with six kids ranging from 15 down to three. The kids all had something to do in the house and being between the boardwalk and a park was great. We enjoyed several days on the beach, a few days on the boardwalk, and most evenings the kids would be at the park for at least a little bit. We usually cooked two meals at the house at ate one meal out. The fridge and kitchen set up were great for us.I almost don’t want to leave this review because I don’t want people to book and make it so my family can’t go back. We’ve agreed that this needs to be an annual trip for us.

Start to summer perfection

We had the trip of a lifetime! My husband, two little boy, and I felt so at home - from the state of the art appliances and stocked amenities, to the priceless back deck view of the weekly fireworks. We even hosted a fabulous lemonade stand out front. We can’t wait to make this home a “start of summer” tradition as a family!

Wonderful House for a Family Gathering!

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a comfortable place where 6 of us could stay. This lakeside home was clean, had all amenities you could ask for, and housed all of us very comfortably (and could have easily accommodated more!). The location was great: an easy walk to the boardwalk and beaches, close to town and on a quiet sidestreet. The deck overlooking the lake was a favorite hangout. Pamela, the property manager, was readily available to answer any questions, from reaching out to us before check-in until after we left. I would highly recommend this rental--I just wish we'd had more time to spend at the shore!

Perfect house for families!

Highly recommend this house and host. The location was walking distance to the beach and Jenkinson’s, the house was clean and well stocked with nice linens, kitchen supplies, and extras like beach badges, and the neighborhood was great. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a group of adults and a 4 year old. We were pleasantly surprised with the room stocked with kids toys and games. The view from the back balcony was so beautiful - Pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely rent again when we come back to Point Pleasant!

80th Birthday weekend for Mom at the Shore

We had a fantastic stay at this property. I loved that Pamela texted me on the arrival day and was in communication to see if we needed anything. The home was perfectly clean, very pretty, and nicely situated for a pleasant stay with a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We loved being on the lake and having the large windows to enjoy the unobstructed water view. This home was very comfortable for 4 couples. It was chilly so we did not sit outside, but were to happy to have the option. We did not find the stairs an issue for our elderly parents. We would love to come back. It was a great experience!

We stayed at this property in the wintertime (ahead of Christmas) so will speak more to the house amenities than to the beach location. This house was an excellent choice for a family getaway. Unlike many rentals in the area it came equipped with linens and towels (so we didn't have to rent or bring our own which was huge). The house was clean , with easily accessible laundry, a well appointed kitchen (I did a bunch of cooking), and a great view of the water (with some houses done up in lights for Christmas which was lovely). There was also a small playground within walking distance for our toddler, and we were easily able to get to a pharmacy and other stores etc in town when we needed to. Only flag is that the stairs up front are a bit steep for older family members; other than that we had an excellent stay and would come back again for sure.

Reunion with 9 friends

The property was beautiful and the setting was relaxing right on the canal. The home was clean and had all the amenities. My only issue was that when I booked the property. I did so because it said it could accommodate 8-10 people. We selected this property because of this and knew they had enough beds to accommodate all 9 of us. When I tried to add the amount of people coming which was 9, it only allowed me to put in 8. I thought it was a limitation on the part of the VRBO website. I then sent out the information to all my friends, divided the cost by 9, and received all the checks from my friends for the reunion. I was asked by the owner for all of our names which I provided. I was then advised there would be an extra fee of $120 for the 9th guests. I did not think this was fair and neither did any of my friends. After reaching out to the owner via email to try and discuss the extra charge, I received no respone. After calling VRBO, I was advised if the 9th person was a child, there would be no charge. This did not make sense to us. It just seemed trivial and left a bad taste for all of us.

Great family rental

Spacious beach house by Jenkinson’s pier

The house was beautiful clean and convenient to beach. The woman managing the property was lovely and very helpful and there for you to talk to at a moments notice. The back deck should be better lit especially near the stairs with older people and children. The only unforeseen problem was some very rude unsupervised teenagers who were directly next-door with some unbelievably loud music. My reason for renting there was primarily for a family experience and it was unfortunate that we couldn’t even hear each other out on the deck most of the time at home was spent in the house. Didn’t realize I should’ve called the property manager to take care of it. Still it was unfortunate and unnecessary. Be prepared for a lot of stairs😁

We spent an October weekend in Point Pleasant (for a nearby wedding) and very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The space was even better than the photos represent! Extremely clean & well-stocked with everything you need. The home is walking distance from anything you'd need. Pamela was very helpful in answering questions and accommodating us during our stay. Perfect retreat for a group

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The house is clean, modern and bigger than it looks on the website. We loved sitting out on the deck looking out over the lake or hanging out in the comfortable living room. The beach was a short 2 block walk. I had very little need to communicate with the owner, but she was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend - I wish I was still there!

Perfect location for easy access to beach and boardwalk while overlooking a quiet lake

Everything about this property is top notch. We rented for 4 weeks and it felt like home. One of only a few houses you can rent that is actually on water in point pleasant. The living room faces the water out back which is relaxing even when you don’t want to be outside on the deck. The only suggestion I would make is for the owners to put more lights on the deck and in the yard so that it can be more usable at night. The walk to the beach and boardwalk is not bad at all. Smart TVs are great. All the amenities you need. 10 beach bags was a generous added bonus. Truly a wonderful experience for our entire family, wish we could have stayed all summer long.

Spacious and Cozy Vacation Home for Family

My family rented this home so we could be together with a change of scenery for Thanksgiving. As other reviewers note, the pictures do not do it justice. The house is bright with sunlight and cozy - stocked with all the comforts of home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are very very spacious and stocked with enough linens and towels for everyone. Sitting on the dock by the lake is very peaceful (except for the new house construction happening 2 houses down), and the easy beach access was great for fall walks on the beach. I would love to stay again during the summer season as it would make the perfect beach vacation getaway for a family.
