Your family will gather at the kitchen island or by the pool, to the walk-out patio as they get ready for the beach just four short blocks (5-7 min. walk) away. House includes 6 beach passes. Spacious open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the well equipped kitchen. Smart TV in both family room and master bedroom. House is spacious to enjoy fun time on those unexpected rainy days. Driveway can accommodate up to four cars and plenty of free parking available on the street! Short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and ice-cream! This property is also a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars in town (inland). Your family will love this house!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean, the pool was amazing, and the layout of the home was perfect for our entire group. This was our third stay at this house and again it was such a wonderful experience. Gina is always an amazing host! We just love spending time at the pool and the location is great. We had an absolutely wonderful stay this weekend! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our group of 11. It was spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable, which made our weekend together even more enjoyable.The pool and yard were definitely a highlight! We spent so much time outside enjoying the beautiful space and making great memories together. The house was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Plenty of space indoors and outside. This space would be great for a week when the weather gets warmer and you can use the pool. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 2 little ones (ages 4 and 1). There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and we never felt like we were on top of each other.The location was perfect — a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to get there without worrying about parking. The pool was definitely a highlight, especially for the kids! After long days at the beach, it was the perfect way to cool off and unwind. And being within walking distance of ice cream was an added bonus that may have been the kids’ favorite part! The kitchen was also very well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware to cook comfortably for our whole group. Overall, the house had everything we could have asked for and was the perfect home base for our beach vacation. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

Holiday family wedding

We were traveling for a family wedding only in town for a few days but the accommodations were very warm and welcoming and we able to relax and feel at home away from home.

Easy beach vacation

Immaculate, very well-appointed home in a wonderful location. If you’re looking for an upscale beach vacation with a private pool, this is your place. G made the check-in so easy, the house is a short walk from all the action and the pool is a sanctuary.

The house was amazing. It is decorated with all beachy motive As soon as you enter the house, you feel calm and relaxed. The pool is heated and delightful. We will definitely stay again. The host was extremely responsive.

Our family summer trip

Every year we rent a house with our 3 kids & spouses and grandchildren. We are a total of 12, 8 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. We enjoyed our trip very much. Beach during the day and loved coming back to relax by pool.

Our family as been vacationing at Pt. Pleasant Beach for over 20 years. It has been a long journey with lots of hard work to be able to purchase a "beach house" !! The last few years we stayed as a family in this beautiful home. This home is more than an investment, it is also were memories are made. We are happy to share our home with many families and our hope is that our home will provide many happy memories for your family as well. Life is short, a week at the beech is short as well, enjoy every moment.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We just love this home. Warm and inviting and yet large enough for our entire family to move freely. Close to the beach, town, Boardwalk and yet very quiet. Plenty of parking.
The outdoor space and inground pool are perfect. Love to walk out from kitchen to the patio/pool area - so easy to serve family and friends. Three full bathrooms make it easy to have a house full! Short walk of bike ride to the beach to see the sun-set. Need I say more......

Four short blocks to a beautiful private beach and we include 8 beach passes. Fifteen minute walk to the boardwalk. Across the tracks walk into town to many shops , restaurants, night life and Ice-cream !
