BOARD104R - This Beautiful Back house has 360 views of inlet, bay and ocean from the 3rd floor rooftop deck and a excellent view of the weekly fireworks show. This home has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 3 bedrooms, including the master suite are on the second floor. Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom. 3rd floor deck contains an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sink, refrigerator and seating for over 6 at the outdoor dining table and an additional 8 on the outdoor sectional. Parking in garage available for 1 car per house is included and street parking is also nearby. Included with each house is a Beach Caddie, Three Beach Chairs, Bicycles and a PS4 and two controllers.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
