Cette unité offre une belle vue panoramique sur la baie Choctawhatchee, le pont Destin et de belles plages. Les tarifs de location comprennent le service de plage gratuit (2 chaises et 1 parasol) !!

La villa n ° 406 est située du côté du golfe du complexe, à quelques pas de la plage. Nouveau décor avec écran plat HDTV, câble numérique avec lecteur DVD. Cuisine complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, une cafetière et un mixeur.

Cette propriété peut accueillir 4 personnes avec le lit queen size dans la chambre et le lit queen size dans le salon. Non recommandé pour plus de 4 adultes. Un bain de jardin super grand avec douche autonome.

Le complexe propose une piscine chauffée toute l’année avec une cascade, 2 bains à remous surdimensionnés, une immense piscine de 200 m², une piscine pour enfants et une aire de jeux, une aire de pique-nique avec des barbecues au charbon célèbre quai de pêche et promenade où vous pourrez dîner au Gulf Front. Juste en face de The Adventure Zone & Track, vous n’aurez pas à vous déplacer très loin pour vous amuser avec toute la famille.

La baie se trouve à côté de la signature de la lagune de la rivière Lazy River de 700 pieds et de la piscine chauffée avec une cascade qui coule dans elle. Si vous décidez d'aller pêcher ou de louer un ponton pendant votre séjour, vous aurez également la conviction que vous disposerez d'un quai privé et de bateaux loués. Vous pouvez accéder à Bayside en empruntant la passerelle située à l’ouest du 3ème étage qui passe sur l’autoroute 98 pour votre sécurité et votre commodité.

We enjoyed access to the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella. We loved the golfing at Emerald Bay!! The convenience of the parking garage was perfect!! We had an awesome stay!!

This was the perfect spot for a solo traveler but also accommodated a guest on the sofa couch for a couple nights that decided to join for the weekend. The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect and priced right!

It was an excellent location. I liked that the parking garage is attached to the hotel on every level, making the room a 30 second or less walk, from the parking spot. The beach service is GREAT!

A week of relaxation

The room is a bit musty and the furniture is dated but the space was a perfect spot to sleep with a quick walk to the beach.

Close to Beach

The unit was clean and description was good. A couple of things had to be addressed with property management, and they were very responsive. Very short walk to beach. Beach chairs have to be reserved every day, sometimes a long check in process. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Great location for a beach getaway

We really enjoyed the amenities at the property. The spas, pools, and lazy river were a great addition to the day after enjoying time in the sand and sun on the gulf side. Having beach service included with our room was a huge cost savings for our trip. An added bonus: There are many restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay when visiting.
