Great location

Had the best time. Beautiful views and so close to the water. Very clean but the kitchen and first floor bathroom have black mold on the ceiling. We still would stay again because I think it’s from the AC moisture. Everyone was so nice and responsive. Highly recommended this place.

Great Escape

Perfect getaway with the wife and pup. Great location close to all PCB sights and scenery. Beautiful views of the gulf. Some of the towels were old and ready to be replaced but besides that the amenities were impeccable. Would love to stay here again.

Great townhouse

Freshly painted, with all brand new (super comfortable) furniture and beds. and Spotless, with communicative VRBO hosts. The covered deck facing the ocean is gorgeous day and night.

Perfect Thanksgiving break

This week was a much needed get away for my family. The view from the master bedroom is like no other view I've had on the beach. It was honestly better than the back porch. We took our dog and she loved watching out the window for hours, as did I. The place was very beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice!! The garage was turned into a bedroom and it was perfect for my parents to be downstairs while the rest of my family was upstairs. The washer/dryer was also upstairs which really helped with the privacy and separation of the two families. The walk to the beach was so close with only a few steps away from the back porch. The location from Pier park is also less than a mile which makes this condo the perfect place to stay. Our only negative was the AC/Heater was not working but that was no ones fault and communication went smoothly and quickly about it all. Do not think twice about picking this townhouse because it was perfect!!!!

**Amazing Beach Getaway – A Perfect Retreat!** I recently stayed at this beautiful beach house, and it was everything I could have hoped for and more! The location is absolutely stunning, with the ocean just steps away, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views and the calming sound of waves throughout the day. The house itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The open floor plan and large windows made the space feel airy and bright. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor patio was perfect for al fresco dining while watching the sunset. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and we slept to the gentle sounds of the ocean every night. The bathrooms were modern, clean, and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. One of the highlights was the easy beach access – just a short walk and you’re on the sand! We spent our days lounging by the water, swimming, and exploring the nearby trails. There were also great local restaurants and shops just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area. The hosts were fantastic, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions we had. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. I
