Maison de ville est situé au 5129 Gulf Drive, idéalement situé près de Saint- State Park Andrew, de Schooner, le Capt. Anderson, Boat Yard, Scampy de Montego Bay Seafood House, bateau du trésor, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Treasure Island Marina et bien d'autres plats locaux pour le shopping, restaurants, activités et animations.

Le salon est carrelée et donne sur les plages. Il ya un pont menant à la plage. Le décor est fait dans une ambiance de chalet contemporain de rouges, verts, jaunes et bleus.

Cuisine complète avec dosseret en marbre surplombant la superbe salle. La chambre principale donne sur les plages et dispose d'un balcon couvert.

PET: Un chien est autorisé et doit peser 20 livres ou moins, des coups et des traitements aux puces doit être à jour. Les chiens sont interdits sur les plages publiques, des meubles, des lits ou de la literie. Il ya beaucoup d'espace pour promener votre chien à l'extérieur. Doit être pré-approuvée au moment de la réservation.

Just what the doctor ordered!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was clean, spacious, updated, had great access to the beach, was walking distance from many souvenir shops, and a short drive for groceries. The owner, David, was responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Paradise!!!!!

One of the best vacations so far! It was like paradise with the views from the deck & balcony! Waking up from the master bedroom we got a view of the ocean. Our small dog even enjoyed the stay! The rental had everything you could need and we can’t wait for our next trip.

Extreme Comfort

The townhouse was incredibly comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. The beds were incredible, the kitchen was stacked, tons of towels, and lots of extras that made it just so easy. Will definitely consider booking this same exact spot next time.

Awesome Place

This property was nicer than I thought it would be. Beautiful view, easy access...Very well stocked. I have rented a lot pf places, but none have ever been as stocked with everything you need. A plus was all the beach stuff there for use..I will be booking this property again for next year..

Superb!!!

From the booking to check in and then throughout the stay, communication with the owner was exceptional. The townhouse was very clean and well-appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Appliances were clean, kitchen well-stocked and several choices on the smart TV. The absolute best part was being able to walk right out to the beach every day!We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Just steps to toes in the sand from the patio! Schooner’s is right next door. Jet skis and umbrellas are on the beach ready to enjoy! Unit was clean and plenty of space for our family.

House was very clean and spacious. Being able to walk straight out to the beach and vehicle was so convenient! It is right beside schooners but you can’t hear any outside noise. David was very friendly and helpful

My husband and our 5 year son stayed here and it was absolutely wonderful. My husband stated that this was the most relaxed vacation that he has had in a very long time. I loved everything about. Very clean!!!! I just hate to post this cause then everyone out there will want to stay here!! Hush now.......

Evacuation Turned Vacation

We traveled up to Panama City to evacuate and the most remarkable thing happened, it turned into a delightful vaca. The house was dreamy and everything we’d ever ask for. The space was perfect, clean and comfortable. The balcony off the master was a delight and dinner on the patio watching the sunsets were perfect. There’s a wonderful restaurant that’s walking distance and so conveniently delicious! I can’t say enough wonderful things, would totally recommend to anyone…unless I’m trying to go again so nobody takes it before me 😂. Truly made us enjoy a terrible situation with the hurricane

AWESOME!!!!

We loved our stay, location was great (right on the beach and next to Schooners). The unit was clean and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Unit also had quality beach chairs which was a plus since we had planned on purchasing while we were in PCB. I could go on and on about how much we loved the place. THUMBS UP AND FIVE STARS!!!! This was our 2nd stay at one of David's properties and definitely will not be our last. Thanks!!!!

Most relaxing vacation ever!!

I can’t say enough about our stay in your townhome. Especially during these times nothing compares to walking off your deck onto one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. The townhome was extremely clean and had most anything you would need from kitchen supplies to games and books to enjoy. I wish we had known about the deck box full of beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys, we wouldn’t have brought our own. Even our dog was in heaven, although the beach does not allow pets. There is a nice strip of beach to walk dogs behind the unit. I would not hesistate to book this property again if I’m so lucky!

Great location. Beds were so comfortable. Unit was very clean but in need of updating. The path to the beach was very overgrown with weeds and hard to walk thru. Furniture smelled bad and was very uncomfortable. Carpet needs to be taken out. Unit was pet friendly but there is no grass near the unit. Had to walk a block to find any. However we would stay here again because of the location. Maybe just a different unit as we were told some of the other ones were already updated. Manager was great and responded immediately.

The location is ideal to be directly on the beach and centrally located to nearby attractions without being in the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Schooner's next door offers dine-in and carry out service and has a nice variety of menu items at reasonable prices. Thanks for letting us know you found the beds comfortable and the unit very clean. There are areas to walk a pet nearby with some grass to the right of the property past Schooner's and between the townhouse and house next door. The townhouse amenities are top notch with nice sized Smart TVs, internet, electronics, well stocked kitchen, awesome decks, substantial patio furniture, a gas grill, beach chairs and an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off the salt and sand. We strive to make each stay welcoming and comfortable for our guests and look into any concerns.

Wonderful location ON THE BEACH

Family vacation with husband and 2 grown daughters. Town house just as described and lots of extras too. Loved the location and loved being able to walk off of deck onto the beach. We went the week of July 9 and the beaches weren’t too crowded. Took our shih tzu and she loved being able to sit on the deck and check things out!
