Appartement confortable et spacieux de 3 chambres dans un immeuble moderne sur le front de mer et le Port Olimpic, et près du centre de Barcelone. Très bien desservi, avec des arrêts de bus et de métro accessibles à pied.

L'appartement a 122 m2 dont une terrasse.

L'appartement dispose de 3 chambres doubles (1 suite avec lit double et 2 chambres avec deux lits chacune), 2 salles de bains, salon, terrasse et cuisine entièrement équipée, jardin privé et parking.
C'est un appartement moderne et fonctionnel sans objets superflus mais avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable.

Amazing Apartment

Luis was lovely to work with. The condo is across the street from a beach (very crowded in the summer). Unfortunately, there was a homeless man sleeping right next to the front door for the first couple days. There is an air conditioner in the living room and main bedroom, but not in the other 2 bedrooms, which made for very hot sleeping in the summer. There is a stocked kitchen and laundry (empty the water bin for the dryer-this is not common for American travelers). It is about a 5 block walk to the metro, there are a couple supermarkets across the street but you will walk a few blocks to get anything substantial, and please be aware that taxis run at half capacity on the weekends, so you will need to take the metro and walk to get to all the major areas (Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Família). The balcony is a lovely place for a glass of wine once the sun goes down. Overall, it was an a place fine place to land.

Perfect for beach time in Barcelona!

Our family of 5 stayed here after our cruise finished in Barcelona and it was perfect!!! We enjoyed the city for 2 days and then enjoyed the beach for 2 days!! The home is near a grocery store that was super convenient and made packing a picnic for the beach ideal! Owner was very helpful with arranging taxis as well - huge help!!

Perfect location and property for my family

We love Barcelona and this location was perfect for myself, twin boys, mom and husband. It’s a very short walk to the beach and great location to get to the Born area, gothic quarter, and really anywhere in the city. Communication with Luis was great, and the flat was clean and perfect. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we are in Barcelona

The host was fantastic and provided great services. The apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the beach. I would only recommend new mattresses for the beds. Thanks you Luis for getting a taxi for us, it was very helpful.

Good Neighborhood

This place is a 10-minute walk from the Barcelona Casino. There is a shopping center across the street and several small restaurants on the block. We enjoyed the place very much and had no issues. We were able to cook breakfast for ourselves to save a little money. The closest Metro stop is 10 min. I would enjoy staying there again and again.

We had three days before a cruise… this was a perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was located near a beach and we mainly taxied to the downtown areas though we did walk back from la familia Sagrada and it was doable. Nearby bars and restaurants were tasty! There was airco but a couple of the bedrooms were warmer due to location of the units… keeping Doors open to all rooms helped. We would stay there again without a doubt.

Sea and city

Good location if you want to be by sea and city both. You can walk or take transportation into town. A few cafes for early coffee on the street. Well equipped apartment. Main bedroom does have some street noise so use other rooms if you want quiet. Other 2 bedrooms have small fan to use in hot weather you will need.

Week hanging out in Barcelona

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. Luis was an outstanding host and a proactive communicator. The location was perfect, a block from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The city is very easy to get around. There are several bus routes within 100 meters of the apartment that will take you all over the city. The apartment itself was a clean and spacious for our group. There was a fullly stocked kitchen, though we did not cook much due to all the great food nearby. There were two air mini split air conditioners which did a good job of keeping the appartnebt cool, a large family room for hanging out, and a small balcony to enjoy the evening air and a drink. I would definitely come back.

Nice Apt near beach in Barcelona

We had a great week in Barcelona. Luis, the owner, was very easy to work with and wanted to make sure we had a good week in his apt. The apt has a lot of room and is clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are ok, but not luxury. There is a lot of room for storage (closets) and 2 bathrooms was very nice. It's about a 7-10 minute walk to the metro station. We used taxi's most of the week. In the summer, it would be excellent to be so close to the beach. It is literally across the street. It's a 20+ minute walk to just about anything you want to see. There are 2 cafes right next to the apartment and several restaurants close by. We would stay there again.

Everything you need in Barcelona

The apartment was what we needed for our family vacation. There were pros and cons, however. The biggest pro was the location. Just two blocks from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to get to public transport. One con was that there weren’t a lot of restaurants nearby. Pro: the size. We were four adults, one teenager and one pre-teen, and there was plenty of room. Con: only one towel per person (most of us needed two) and nowhere to hang used ones to dry. Pro: full kitchen and a washer, plus a HUGE refrigerator. Con: no instructions for any of the appliances (it took 3 loads to figure out the washer) The place had a few maintenance issues, none of which effected our stay. All in all, if you’re looking for a larger apartment in Barcelona, this one could be the one.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Übergabe klappte super und die Kommunikation war gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Lediglich der Balkon ist etwas laut. Vielen Dank fur die Gastfreundschaft.
