Excellent location, easy access to tram, bus and subway services to get anywhere in the city! Taxi service is also first rate! The flat is amazing, 2 story, 4 bedroom full kitchen and laundry, that’s a bonus! Most of all the view is amazing, the restaurants right in the neighborhood were excellent and offered a lot of variety and there is a small healthy grocer on the street level of the building! We were very happy with this place! Highest recommendation!

Our host Marco was amazing…he was a big help even before we arrived…he made the process effortless…from pick up at airport,meeting us at apartment,giving recommendations…etc.And the property was exactly as described…perfect for our party of 6…definitely worthy of 5 stars…if i’m ever in Barcelona again i would definitely book with Victoria Properties again!!!

The apartment was in good condition. Metro and tram are relatively close. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was perfect for us, just as described. Everything was handled very professionally, and all of the people involved were helpful. This location is fantastic. We would definitely stay there again and do recommend!

We had a fantastic time. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood but train close to everything you would want to do. We loved Marco. He was so very helpful. We couldn't have done it without him :) I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Lovely Apartment and Very Efficient Hosts

We booked this in 2020 for a stay that year, and finally managed to use the booking in 2022. The apartment was perfect for our needs as a group of five and was a lovely place to stay. Imanol and Marco were great to deal with, and booking, check-in and check-out were very simple. Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely use again next time we are in Barcelona.

We truly appreciate the professionalism and support from imanol and macro. for this trip, we booked two apartments and stayed together as a family. during our stay, we encountered an unexpected flight cancellation, which could have been very stressful for us. however, the host was very helpful and responsive, and helped us extend our stay and arrange everything smoothly. this support really made a big difference for us. the apartments were comfortable and well located, and communication was always quick and clear. there was a small issue with the hot water at one point, but the team responded quickly and helped fix it, which we appreciated. overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay again in the future.
