An incredible location in the heart of the Saint Germain neighborhood known as the “soul of Paris” just steps away from the Seine River. Saint Germain will forever be the “soul of Paris” and home of the Arts. An ideal location to wander through this neighborhood’s tiny crooked streets and passage-ways and travel back in time and have a café at Café de Flore and Deux Magots in the footsteps of the Lost Generation and New Wave artists, such as Hemingway, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Truffaut, Godard…

This beautiful and quiet studio apartment is located in a classic building built in the late XIXth century right around the corner from Musée Rodin and a short walk from the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, the Tuileries, the Bon Marché and the Luxembourg Gardens. This nice studio has is the perfect place to relax and make your stay so very lovely.

We provide a mobile air conditioning unit for the Summer. This does not replace an actual air conditioner but does help to make your stay more comfortable.

MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.

Live like a Parisian!

Cutest French studio ever, makes you feel like a real Parisian! Perfect location for cafes, bakeries, up scale stores, all of your needs nearby, plus the sights. Comfortable bed. Nice sized shower. Washer/dryer handy.

Beautiful apartment in Saint Germain. Very close to everything you need and central to all the sites which are in walking distance. We had a problem with the clothes washer/dryer but Nastasia (from the property manager) was very prompt and helpful in getting us sorted out. She was also very helpful with the check in process. We would stay there again.

Sweet spot in a great location

This apartment is perfect for a couple. More room than a hotel, clean, charming and very quiet despite its central location. Transit is within 2 blocks, and a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops are within a short walk. A grocery, bakery and cheese shop are literally just outside the door. The security features were excellent, and the neighborhood was very safe, we never felt uncomfortable, even returning late at night. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The greeters are very helpful and responsive to questions throughout the stay. They also helped us book a driver to get to the station with our luggage.

Perfect Little Haven in The City of Lights

We had a fabulous five night stay here. While small, the apartment is highly functional. The bed was amazing! High quality pillows and bedding. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and there was a French press and Nespresso for coffee. My daughter and I loved having a window that opened to the courtyard. We didn’t love the shower. The water didn’t get warm enough and the pressure was lower than we prefer but it was acceptable. We definitely recommend the place and would stay again.

Great location

We just got back from staying here in Paris for a week! Marie with check in was waiting for us and gave us a rundown on the flat. It is in a great neighborhood! There is a supermarket, cheese shop literally next door. The flat was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, etc. One thing for Americans to realize is there is only two bath towels and two hand towels. No problem though because there is a washer/dryer combo in the flat. You are walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, amazing shops, cafes and restaurants!

Will Return - simply lovely!

Property is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Staff was present and attentive at check-in while kindly leaving pastries, wine and flowers to greet us. Perfect location for the Paris experience. Cobble stone avenue full of bakeries, sidewalk cafes, action, beautiful walking exploration, and a most incredible specialty cheese shop right next door! Convenient location to various types of public transportation. Seemingly safe neighborhood, etc. Grocery nearby, including the incredible La Grande Epicerie de Paris which is five floors of food and dining items from worldwide. We walked everywhere from this location (we love to walk!). VISIT: The Egg Company, a unique family run eatery a short distance away that is a joy to visit due to the menu and friendliness of the family.
