Nice , clean, quiet Cottage close to everything!
Our cottage is a very quiet, new and clean place to stay. It is perfect for a family of four or for a couple wanting to get away from it all. There is a private entryway through an alleyway. The kitchen is modern with all of the amenities that you would need. Our cottage is so close to everything from the Yacht Harbor to downtown Santa Curz, to the Beach Boardwalk. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants and shops and grocery stores. There are many golf courses nearby and hiking trails through the majestic redwood trees. We love having guests and can share our local knowledge with you!

The Schipper's are 3rd generation family from Santa Cruz. We have built a beautiful, comfortable home which we love to share with others. Mark works in the computer industry and Holly as a teacher. We have enjoyed Living in Santa Cruz very much. During the summer months, we travel extensively and enjoy meeting people from around the world. We work hard to ensure that your stay in Santa Cruz is an enjoyable one!

Let our home become your home away! We live in such a great area of Santa Cruz. The 'Eastside' or 'Banana Belt' area is close to many great shopping spots such as Staff of Life, Whole Foods, and even the post office. There are many quaint boutiques and some great restaurants such as the Crepe Place, Charlie Hong Kong, Morenos tacos, or Lilians Italian- all within a short 5 min. walk. Friday nights there is a music venue with pop-up food trucks; all of these are within an easy walk from the cottage.
Our family frequently walks to the Yacht Harbor or Twin Lakes Beach through the secluded area of Arana Gulch. The Crows Nest restaurant or Cafe El Palomar are two great spots to enjoy a fine dinner or some tapas while on the beach. Aldo's is just across the Harbor on the other side.
Downtown Santa Cruz or Capitola are both within a 5 min. drive. Both offer great shopping and fine cuisine.
