Your Madeira Beach adventure begins at this 2-bedroom/2-bath 1225sf gulf front corner condo with an amazing 750sf balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of America. The condo has been completely remodeled to include updated kitchen and baths, new appliances, new flooring and fresh paint, hurricane doors and windows, electric fireplace, flat screen TVs, wine bar area, and full-size washer and dryer. With 2 king beds, 2 twin bunk beds, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this place is perfect for families or friends looking for an enjoyable getaway. Dining inside at a table for eight, or outside on the balcony during amazing sunsets. Enjoy the oversized balcony area looking out at the Gulf of America from 4 chaise lounges or the sofa and loveseat sitting area. Beach and water views from both the living room area and master bedroom. Our condo comes fully furnished, to include beach towels and beach chairs. Other common area amenities include a newly remodeled large heated pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, and use of the Tiki Hut and grills. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants, bars and shops, and just a 5-minute ride to John's Pass. Location is approximately a 30-minute drive from Tampa International Airport. We hope you enjoy what our place and Madeira Beach has to offer. Please know that our condo is ONLY listed on VRBO for rent.

I cannot say enough positive things about this condo. We have stayed in a lot of places all over Florida and this one sits at the very top of our list. The condo was fresh, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was a HUGE plus for us also. If you have a few places to choose from and this one is in the running go for it! You won’t be disappointed. Also, owner checked in on us and made sure we got there and everything was ok. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back!

Firstly, the host (Joe) was great and very responsive. The property was excellent and just as advertised. Conditions were clean, and the view from the oversized balcony was amazing. The pool was spacious, and there are numerous options for walking to restaurants and bars. Only two things negative worth mentioning - the mattress in the front (street side) bedroom needs replacing as it has a serious depression in the middle, causing those sleeping to roll into the middle of the bed (we ended up setting up a wall of pillows in the middle of the bed to stop that after a good laugh). Second, and this has nothing to do with the property, is that the Tower is right on the main drag (Gulf Blvd) which is very busy and can be quite loud between cops, fire trucks, rolling coal pickups, Harleys, etc. If you have an issue with this reconsider staying along Gulf Blvd. Otherwise, thanks Joe for an excellent stay - hoping to return same time next year!!!

Amazing Condo and Location!!

We can not speak more highly of our stay in this Condo. From the beginning of our booking, Joe was very communicative and answered any and all questions we had. He went above and beyond, making sure the unit was ready for the arrival of our family of 7.The condo is VERY clean, updated with beautiful furniture and appliances, and the decor is excellent. The access to the pool and beach was great! The pool was warm, received sun most of the day, and was family friendly despite the range of ages poolside!The beach was clean, never crowded, and beach essentials were provided for our stay, which was very helpful!Our favorite aspect of the unit was the oversized, spacious deck with great views and excellent outdoor furniture. This space is incredible and we would highly recommend it for couples and families! We will certainly be back!!
