Welcome to "Mad Beach!" Our penthouse beachfront condo is a sparkling gem located on the Gulf of Mexico. We are situated in the heart of Madeira Beach in the popular Ocean Sands Condominiums. The charming waterfront town has some of the most beautiful beaches and softest 'sugary-sand' in the world. Make unforgettable memories and take perfect pictures on our balcony or the endless beaches.

A shopping center directly across the street means you can park your car, relax and enjoy the sun and surf! Sip your morning joy on our 30' long balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. We've provided everything you'll need to enjoy a day at the pool or the beach, and there will be dazzling sunsets waiting for you at the end of every day! Our penthouse unit offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterways of Madeira Beach.

We are minutes from John's Pass, which has over 100 merchants, a boardwalk, restaurants, parasailing, sunset cruises, and more! You will find no shortage of good food at the many varied restaurants within walking distance of the condo. If you decide to venture out, our convenient location puts us within a 2-hour drive of every major attraction in Florida, including Busch Gardens Tampa, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. We're also right in between Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches just in case our endless beaches aren't enough for you. There is so much to see and do in Madeira Beach though we don't think you'll want to go that far!

Our condo sleeps six, offers WiFi, cable, free long-distance calling within the US and Canada, flat-screen televisions, Tempur-pedic and Serta Iseries Vantage mattresses, stainless steel appliances, a washer, dryer, and much more! Our bedding, pillows, and towels are luxe quality for your comfort and enjoyment. We know you will appreciate the love and attention to detail we have put into our condo. Excellent beautiful stay in 5 star penthouse condo! Dolphins sighting in the morning from the large patio or swim 50-100ft from one. Well stock condo with large rooms , perfect bedding and mattresses. Sand toys and lounges and umbrellas. Everything in the condo is upscale and working. It’s hard not to compare to Ritz level luxury. Close to St Pete and Clearwater , live music , pubs and bars , grocery is near by , art , museums and lots of activities for kids. Marina is in making distance . Excellent stay , hosts is very responsive and provided excellent restorant choices ! Beautiful beach and lots of fun.

Perfect Madeira Beach Spot

Loved our stay! The Condo was perfect , loved all the special little details and amenities . The view from the balcony overlooking the Beach & Sunsets were absolutely gorgeous . The location is great all within walking distance to so much .... grocery, liquor , restaurants, bars and short walk to John's Pass. Hera & Mike were perfect host , and were just a text away from anything we needed or questions we had. Definitely will be back, and hope to be able to rent from you again!

Very nice stay

Absolutely loved the unit. It is well-stocked, clean, and has just the right amount of tasteful decor. Lots of great beach equipment including an electric air pump. The pool is clean and well-kept. We loved having keypad entry. Great communication from the owners. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

We had a fantastic week. The owners spared no expense decorating and providing all that you need to enjoy your time at the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed with dishes and cookware if you feel like cooking. Beds were super comfortable - master suite had walk-in closet and master bath. Beach chairs, coolers, beach toys... everything was there! We look forward to visiting again soon - we have stayed at many VRBO homes and this one was simply THE BEST!!!

Beautiful unit that felt like home. High-end everything and super clean. Owners have filled the unit with comfortable bedding and furnishings. Plenty of pots and pans, so you can enjoy meals with family. Would love to return every year. Wonderful vacation and location

I truly enjoyed my recent 2 week stay at this warm and inviting condo. The view from the balcony was amazing as I would have my breakfast out there every morning and a nice cold beer in the evening !!! The condo has everything you need for the beach ( chairs, umbrellas, beach towels , coolers and toys for little ones ). If you want to cook the kitchen has all the pots , pans and utensils that are needed. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. The host , Hera, was always available and very helpful with any questions that I had. I had a great, relaxing vacation and will be definitely returning to this location !!!

Couldn’t be any better!

Staying here was a wonderful experience; it was everything a holiday rental should be: Clean; comfortable; high quality furnishings and appliances; great location; excellent pool, spa, and parking facilities; magnificent balcony and view of the ocean; and much more. But best of all, it has kind, caring, responsive and thoughtful hosts in Hera and Mike. As my partner said on our departure, “I’d like to come back here at least once every year for the rest of my life.” That says it all about this place.

Don’t pass this property up!

Hera and Mike’s penthouse beach retreat did not disappoint! The condo is very well appointed - from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is very nicely decorated with an attention to detail throughout. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance; we rarely used our car while we were there. We felt completely comfortable and at home during our two week stay, and will certainly rent from Hera and Mike again the next time we decide to stay local for our summer vacation.

It does not get better than this

We researched carefully to find a sunset on the beach condo in St. Petersburg and had the highest expectations going in. This unit, and Hera and Mike, exceeded our expectations. Just look at the pictures, and know that it is everything you see and it is even better than that.

St. Pete has a street festival on Sunday. Sarasota has a large street festival on Saturday. Great restaurants in the area. Next door to the condo is the snack shack. Wed. Thru Sunday. Great music. Best condo I ever rented

The condo was nothing short of exceptional. The condo itself was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. There was so much beach equipment available as well . The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The complex was well maintained and provided quick and easy access to the pool and beach . The views were breathtaking and were able to see and enjoy the sunsets from our balcony as well as see the dolphins swim by in the morning. I also appreciated being in very quick walking distance to so many amenities like grocery , shopping , pharmacy, ice cream shops and restaurants. Also the interaction with Hera was great as well and she responded to the questions I had within minutes. In summary , it was the best vacation home we ever rented and will be back next year .

Gorgeous condo on the 12th floor!

Absolutely loved staying in this condo! My family and I went down and just came back today and we have already said we want to go back! The owners have supplied everything that you need and this is the first condo we have ever been to that had so much stuff for the beach! Since we flew down that was a big thing for us and I saw the reviews and everyone was right it was definitely like everyone has said from umbrellas to beach chairs and towels and coolers! Enjoy every morning and evening relaxing on the 12th story balcony was a site you don’t want to miss! Seeing the dolphins every morning and evening was amazing! Within a mile to Johns Pass and go to Woodys rentals and rent jet skis for the ocean for $65 if you rent them at 9:00am for an hour we got to see dolphins in the Bay Area on the way back up close and personal! This trip didn’t disappoint at all and we will be back!

Bonjour! We're Hera and Mike. As avid foodies and travelers ourselves, we love to make our guests feel as welcomed and comfortable as we would like it to be. We've traveled all around the world and fell in love with "Mad Beach." The Gulf Coast of Florida is truly awesome, which led us to purchase our condo here.

When we're away, we always end up missing the gorgeous sunsets and soft sugary sands at Madeira Beach. We can never wait to come back! There's nothing like waking up and going to sleep right next to the sea.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Although being directly on the beach was the main consideration, it was important for us to be in a central location that had easy access to everything we would need. We are sandwiched in between Clearwater and St. Pete's beaches, two super cool beach cities.

We enjoy a more chillaxed atmosphere, midrise condos rather than towering buildings, small-town vs. big city vibe- Madeira Beach is one of several laid back beach towns with its own unique charm. Our beaches are less crowded than its large neighboring cities, yet we can easily access either for more action.

Right next to our beach town is Treasure Island that's famous for John's Pass Shopping Village. It's only 2 miles away and has the cutest shops and fun entertainment for the entire family.

Literally across the street from our building, you can walk to all the conveniences you will need. Everything from CVS, 7-11, grocery store, restaurants, cafes, dessert/snack parlors, atm, salons, boutique shops, and even ROC Park along the wonderful bayside. People are so excited about our condo being on the beach that they forget about the Intracoastal side in front of our unit. Both the sea and the bayside surround us! Rent a boat from the nearby marina to explore or fish.

If you absolutely adore the water as we do, you'll have more miles of beach and Intracoastal to power walk, run, bike, swim, hike, or stroll than you can handle. It's amazing!

We purchased the condo because it was beautifully renovated and decorated. Everything is so accessible; just conveniently park and go in our assigned covered parking spot. The number of outdoor activities is endless.

This condo is our home away from home, and it is our pleasure to share it with you.
