Belle 2 chambres, 2 unité de rez-de-chaussée de bain. 6 couchages confortablement. Service de plage gratuit pour deux du 1er mars au 31 octobre. Lits queen dans les deux chambres plus un tout nouveau canapé-lit queen size. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre, ainsi qu'une "smart tv" dans le salon. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Laveuse et sécheuse en unité. Sugar Beach est un complexe de faible hauteur, côté plage sur Thomas Drive, à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et attractions. Marcher à Hammerhead Freds, La Vela, Spinnakers, Dat Cajun Place et beaucoup plus. Complexe a un bel étang d'eau douce avec beaucoup d'animaux sauvages à regarder. Poisson, tortues et oiseaux.

This was our first time staying in a ground floor unit. Different to say the least.The unit was clean and well stocked, access to beach was a hike ,but we needed the exercise.Overall it was a pleasurable experience.Only problem, more of an inconvenience the lamps do not work in the front bedroom .Had to use ceiling light, no Biggie..Would book unit again. Thank You....

Selena was great to work with. Condo was perfect for what we needed. Could’ve been a little cleaner (floors, showers) but we’ve stayed at much worse so I’m not complaining. Loved the location! Would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Stayed 4 days at this property. Selena was a pleasure to deal with. Great place for 4 adults and our 2 dogs. Short walk to the beach and a great swimming pool. We will stay here again in the future.

The place was nice and clean and we were so pleased to have been able to bring our dogs. We really enjoyed the turtles in the pond. The beach and pool were easy access.

Great spot in PCB!

Amazing Family Vacation

Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy. Place was clean and fully stocked with essentials (pots, pans, utensils, plenty of towels and linens, etc.). Location was perfect, close to everything yet the noise level was good. Property has access to beach, pool and clubhouse- great for families with kids. Definitely will stay again and recommend!

Great vacation

The property is very nice and clean. It is a great location...you can watch the turtles from the back patio and walk to 2 restaurants, convenience store, pizza, and ice cream!! Selena was great to give information and response quickly to questions. Would definitely enjoy another trip!!

Great location

The listing is completely accurate. This is a gem of a complex. It is a peaceful, quiet and safe place to enjoy the beautiful beachfront. Its literally a 4 minute walk through a well maintained property to the private beach entrance.

Excellent location! Great host!

Great first level condo right on the beach! My wife and I and our friends really enjoyed the place. We were down in PCB for Thunder Beach bike rally and the proximity to everything we needed was excellent! We only hit the beach one day, but it was just a short walk from the patio door. Selena is wonderful...very timely with communication and always very friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Senior Spring Break.

We booked for our daughter’s senior spring break. The condo was amazing. Not only did it have a pool and easy beach access, but it also had everything you would need to have a nice comfortable stay. From washer and dryer to salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed this lovely property. The unit was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the pond with many birds and turtles. It is just a few steps to the beach which was gorgeous!! Pool is close and you can walk a few steps to pickleball court. We used the grill by the beach so grab some charcoal. So much to do and everything is near by. We will definetely be back!!

Seaside Shanty is a dream come true for our family. My dad owned a condo in Panama City Beach 30 years ago and my children have very fond memories spending time there. I am so so thankful we get to experience the same things with our grandchildren at our very own condo! We are excited for you to make your own memories here as well.

Having spent summers in Panama City Beach for the last 35 years we knew when we were ready to purchase it would be here. We choose Sugar Beach complex for several reasons. Location is so convenient to activities, restaurants, shopping and to St. Andrews State Park. We also loved the beautiful pond with the walkways surrounding it. We enjoy seeing all the fish, turtles and birds. The complex is Beachfront which was important to us as well. Our unit has a view of the pond from the patio. But it is a very short walk to the private beach access.
