Our family of 4 had an incredible time here! (Kids ages 10 and 12). The condo was very well stocked with everything we could need and the patio leading out to the pool was so nice to have. We often even had the pool to ourselves. The location was amazing - quick drive from the airport, very close to Luquillo Beach and the kiosks for great food, Fajardo to take a boat ride out to the islands, and El Yunque rainforest. But the highlight was definitely the beach right by the property! It was beautiful and seemingly went on forever for great walks and runs on the beach and the kids had an amazing time playing in the waves. We already can’t wait to come back!

A little piece of heaven.

Our stay at Beach Oasis was perfect! Everything shown on the photos was exactly how we found the condo. Great location, having the beach within a short 3 minute walk was perfect as well as having a pool literally outside our door was great. We loved the location....once you get on the main road there are a number of place to dine at....super close to our National Rainforest 'El Yunque" 30-40 minutes from San Juan, 15-20 to Luquillo. The location was quiet and peaceful...couldn't have chose a better one.

This property is exactly like the pictures and so clean! Steps from the pool and so close to the beach! People are friendly and it’s very quiet here! We had a great time and will be back for sure! Definitely need to rent a car but there’s always ubers.

Great location!

We found a perfect vacation spot. We wanted to be close to the nice beach in a quiet and safe place and this is exactly what we got. It was a great starting point for our several day trips. The condo had everything we needed. 1st floor open deck conveniently located steps from the pool. Everything was topped by very friendly and prompt responses from Magda, the owner. We fell in love in PR and definitely will be back.

Amazing Location

The condo is in a great location! It’s close to the rain forest and about 40 minutes from San Juan. There is also a pool right outside and the beach is just beyond the pool. The pool and beach were very quiet and not crowded. The condo complex felt secure. The property manager, Magda, was extremely prompt to answer any questions. She really goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable - she’s a gem!The linens and kitchen area could use a little refresh. Some extra pillows, top sheets for the beds, and extra wash cloths and hand towels would have been nice. The cooking utensils/tools were a little dingy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Thank you for staying with us again and for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your most recent visit did not meet expectations and that you encountered a roach during your stay. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests, and especially our returning ones. Please know that we schedule pest control services on a monthly basis, and a deep cleaning after to ensure the issue is fully resolved. As I mentioned to you at checkout, we had the place cleaned 2 days before, but learned the same day you checked in that the grass and surrounding fields were going to be cut and worked during the day. We will definitely consider this situation for the future and make sure it won’t happen again. We truly value your loyalty and the trust you’ve shown by choosing to stay with us again, and I’m very sorry we fell short this time. I hope you still enjoyed your vacation focusing on the great things about the area and property.

I rarely write survey responses. However, I must admit Magda understands the true mean of excellent quality service. She made the process extremely easy to navigate upon arrival. In addition, the place was clean and the beach was accessible. We plan to come back in the near future and if available we will be staying at this place again.

Awesome Place

The property was just as expected. The complex is super safe and secure. The pool and the grounds were amazing. Beach access was also so easy and only a 2 minute walk. The traffic near this area is amazing compared to San Juan.

Exceeded expectations

The apartment was clean with any accomodations you could need right down to beach towels. The grounds were meticulous. The pool is steps away from the back door and the beach is behind the apartment as well.

Best Secret on the Island!

This complex, Bosque del Mar, is a hidden gem. I have recommended it to many friends and no one has returned disappointed. You have easy access to the beach and the pool. The complex itself is pristine. It's very quiet during the week and on many occasions we had both the pool and the beach to ourselves. Very safe as well. The complex is gated and a security guard is always on duty and making rounds. We have stayed on this property several times and this is definitely one of the nicest condos that we've stayed at. Its nicely decorated, fully stocked, and located right by the pool. Our kids enjoyed lounging on the trundle beds and watching tv after a long day exploring the area. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable we've had at these condos. Dealing with Magda was also fantastic. She was extremely prompt in responding to our texts. The location is also fantastic. There are tons of activities offered in this area. We enjoyed our day trips to the public beach in Luquillo, El Yunque (the rainforest), Fajardo, and Old San Juan. You can also now uber to the Luquillo kiosks, which is a strip of shack looking restaurants on the way into Luquillo. These are not to miss. You can find anything there from street food to fine dining. I cannot recommend this condo enough! The complex, condo, and location just can't be beat. We can't wait to return. Thanks, Magda!

Great property in beautiful location! Quiet beach and pool area, and clean well-maintained unit.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here! Unit was comfortable and spacious. Balcony had a beautiful view of the pool area and the private, clean beach was a short walk. Magda, the property manager, was extremely responsive to all our questions, even on Christmas eve and weekends. She gave great tourist advice as well! The complex still had a few lasting effects from the hurricane, which is the only reason for our rating of four stars vs. five. Tennis court still required repairs, and community ping pong had not yet been replaced. Some local public beaches were still closed, but there were plenty of areas to explore. Easy, 30 minute drive to San Juan. Would recommend a rental car for a stay at this location. Beautiful island and this unit allowed us to enjoy it fully.
