Bienvenue dans un paradis caché! PrÚs de la piscine, des plages, des magasins et du parc Riverside!

Maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains sur canal, Ă  4 miles de la plage

La maison est située à environ 6 km des plages de sable du golfe et à quelques minutes des commerces, des restaurants et du golf. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais à distance de marche de l'étincelante piscine de la ville et du centre du centre-ville historique de Bonita Springs.

La maison est bien entretenue avec un nouveau plancher et un espace de vie ouvert.

L'arriÚre-cour est une oasis tropicale privée avec des palmiers, des oiseaux de paradis et plusieurs ponts. Prenez votre café du matin sur le quai et observez la faune incroyable du sud-ouest de la Floride, y compris les oiseaux, les poissons et les iguanes.

La maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Les trois chambres ont des lits queen size. De plus, il y a un canapé-lit gigogne pleine grandeur. La maison est idéale pour 2 ou 3 couples ou comme endroit idéal pour se retrouver entre amis.

Le nouveau parc Riverside revitalisé est à environ 10 minutes à pied. Plusieurs événements ont lieu à l'amphithéùtre Riverside Park.

La belle piscine de la ville est Ă  seulement 2 minutes Ă  pied et est accessible aux visiteurs pour 3 $.

Des locations de kayak et de paddleboard sont disponibles au parc Riverside à proximité. Une aventure en kayak à travers Seaside Kayaking est également fortement recommandée. (Réservez en ligne et les voyages partent de Big Hickory Island).

La maison est située à environ 20 miles de l'aéroport international du sud-ouest de la Floride (Fort Meyers, RSW).

Deux plages voisines, Barefoot Beach et Lovers 'Key, ont remporté plusieurs prix en tant que meilleures plages américaines.

Nice getaway!

Had a wonderful time, the place was roomy and open. The location was close to everything including Lover’s Key, Barefoot Beach, etc. Great shopping and golf nearby. Everything you love about Florida.

Felt like home without cold and snow

The house was the perfect size and had an amazing very private backyard. Every morning we sat out back enjoying the sunshine and our coffee. There are gardens in front and along the side of the house it’s just very beautiful. Bonita Springs area was our choice because we have family that spend the winters there, but the area is beautiful with some amazing beaches. We would not hesitate and hope to go again.

Wonderful experience, great host

I enjoyed my brief stay in Bonita Springs. This home was in a ideal location and close to everywhere. It appeared much larger than I anticipated. Christina was easy to reach and very accommodating.

Great Place

Christina's house was great. Three big bedrooms, wide open floor plan and brand new bathrooms and showers. Very clean. Yard was beautiful and tranquil with a nice deck next to the canal. Good location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few miles. There is also a nice small public golf course, Bonita springs, maybe half a mile down the road which was reasonably priced and rented clubs. I highly recommend it !

Beautiful renovation and great location

Christina's home is beautiful with a lovely backyard and location on the canal. In addition it is not far from the beach, about a 15 minute drive. The beds were comfortable and the the open area in the center is great for gathering everyone, along with having a space off the main area for people to watch tv, read or just sit quietly. We were one of the first guests and the kitchen had only a small sauce pot. I texted her about our purchasing a pot for making noodles and such, and she responded promptly saying to go ahead and pick one up and she would reimburse us. I share that because she is very responsive and communicated to meet the guests needs. There is a community center across the road, with field, tennis and basketball courts, grass, and indoor fitness facility. We had an unfortunate incident where the city main sewage pipe backed up due to tree roots. It flooded into both bathrooms and bedrooms. We quickly responded turning off all the water (at the toilet, on the outside of the house and even the water main out in the street). We had to move to a hotel immediately and Christina understood the situation. We worked together over the next weeks to find a solution. She was patient, open and worked with us for a solution that worked. We would stay again under different circumstances. It really is such a beautiful place!

My company works telecommunications. A new crew needed a place to stay 2 weeks in the area (we are based in Miami) and Christine was very helpful and flexible getting us get booked last minute, she made it possible!! My Private Oasis

The property was close to rt 41 and about 20-25 minutes to downtown Naples. Loved the backyard, felt so nice and secluded, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, good coffee shops nearby. Also, Cristina, the owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Very nice place

This property is like a little piece of heaven. If you really want to get away from it all I highly recommend the peace and tranquility you will find here. I booked this as a gathering place for Christmas but it had so much more to offer. Sit by the canal and relax. The tropical plants and water will ease your tensions!!!

Perfect Location

House is located in a great place to give you options in each direction without lots of driving. Ten minute drive to closet beach. As VRBO owner, the house is true to the pics, very clean & well equipped. Backyard is awesome!!! Very unique, with great open private area. Only thing missing is a grill. Great communication with the owner Christina. Highly recommend!! Will come back!!

Perfect location - old Florida lifestyle

Highlight of our trip!

A perfect jumping off place for our daily trips to the beach, restaurants, farmers market, and more! Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My dream has always been to own a house near the beach. I love shelling and the area of Bonita Springs is one of the few locations within a short drive to some of the most beautiful shelling beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Other nearby locations have easy access to the bay, but it does not offer the same experience as the beauty of the Gulf.

In searching for a property, we were blessed to find a house not only a few miles from the beach, but also with canal access and near the newly revitalized city of Bonita Springs. I was amazed to find how relaxing and tranquil the wildlife of the canal can be to watch.
