Less than 3 minutes to beautiful BAREFOOT Beach this 2 BR/2B condo is one of the most desirable UNITS in AWESOME BONITA VILLAGE. This fully furnished upscale condo with an amazing view of the QUIET POOL offers a spiral staircase that goes directly to your private patio, fountains and quiet pool. (As an option to using the elevator) The complex has a SECURITY GATE and COVERED GARAGE PARKING, 2 pools, (one with zero entry a waterfall and the GROGGY FROG Chickee hut), 2 large jacuzzies, outdoor grills, a Cybex Gym , along with game, media and social rooms.
This freshly painted unit is loaded with upgrades including 3 TV's including a 75 LG NANO TV in the family room, new vinyl flooring in bedrooms , granite kitchen countertops and porcelain tile throughout the main living area. A 20 ft living room joins the open kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar. The Master Suite comes with a KING bed, dual vanities, walk in shower and large walk in closet.The Guest Suite is equipped with 2 twin beds and a private entrance to the guest bath. . Absolutely stunning condo! Exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need to have an amazing vacation! Mr. McDonald is an exceptional person who made sure we were happy from the beginning to end of our stay! Would rent from him every single time we visit Bonita Springs! The two pools and tiki bar also made our stay even more enjoyable!

We had a great stay at this condo in Bonita Village! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip.Our whole family—especially the kids—absolutely loved the pool area. The Groggy Frog bar by the pool was a fun bonus and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without having to go far. The location is also a big plus, just about a 5-minute drive to the beach, which made getting back and forth really convenient.The owner was fantastic to work with—very attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I also enjoyed chatting with him during our stay, which added a nice personal touch to the experience.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 5 nights in August with kids ranging from 5-13. The pools were amazing. The kids were thrilled to find pool and beach toys readily available. Restaurants, shops and the beach nearby. Thomas was a pleasure to have as a host. He always responded quickly, checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was so nice to talk to.

Highly recommend staying at this condo resort complex. The two bedroom, two bath condo is sparkling clean, comfy beds, very spacious rooms AND bathrooms, all the kitchen amenities you’ll need. The screened lanai is perfect for hanging out. The pull out bed in the living room is very comfy and no awkward spring mattress. Everything you could need for the beach is available in the closets, including towels, coolers, umbrellas and toys. WiFi was great throughout the property. The best part was two pools and two hot tubs. Both pools were very well kept and warm!!!! The hot tubs were perfect after a long day. Elevators and carts are available so you don’t have to make multiple trips. We’re definitely going to rent with Tom again. He checked on us several times to make sure everything was good and to answer questions.

Quiet relaxing condo close to beaches, restaurants and shopping

Best property, safe, clean best pool. Condo was well equipped and property manager was communicative. No better place to stay to enjoy beaches, beautiful pool and all the best restaurants. Short drive to Naples and five minutes from Barefoot beach.

Well appointed condo in great location

Condo had everything we needed for the stay. Owner was very attentive, checking in to see if we had any concerns or questions. The location was great to the Beach, or 41 and great restarants and shopping.

We love this location and this property. Close to the beach, dining, shopping, etc. pools were clean and warm. Condo was beautiful and sooooo clean! The owners are perfect to rent from… we will be back!!
