AUCUN DOMMAGE D'OURAGAN. Cette maison privée à flanc de colline de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan du port d'Elizabeth et de l'île Stocking !! Emplacement idéal à distance de marche de la plage de Jolly Hall, le Fish Fry coloré avec de nombreux restaurants, 3 restaurants d'hôtel avec piscines et un bateau-taxi pour le Chat-n-Chill peuvent être ramassés au quai d'Augusta Bay. À environ 7 miles de l'aéroport et à seulement 1 mile de Georgetown pour les épiceries, la station-service, le marché de la paille, la location de bateaux de Minn, le bateau-taxi et les magasins. La maison offre une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en Corian, des plafonds en bois, des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, chaque chambre a son propre climatiseur télécommandé, pas de tapis, du carrelage au sol, une laveuse et une sécheuse. La maison a également une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide pour se rincer après la plage. Choses amusantes à faire: golf, pêche, kayak, plongée en apnée, canotage, plongée sous-marine ou faire les excursions les plus populaires pour aller nager avec les cochons, nager avec les requins, nourrir les iguanes et nager la célèbre grotte Thunderball du film de James Bond, voir lieu du tournage des Pirates des Caraïbes avec Johnny Depp. Visitez quelques-unes des anciennes églises des sites historiques de l'île. Parfois, vous pouvez peut-être assister aux défilés Junkanoo.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Appreciate all the hospitality before and during our stay. Willy even picked things up for us to have upon check-in! Comfortable beds, clean and everything we needed. Location is great and the view is beautiful!

Nice and private

Perfect little home for a couple to see a great view of the ocean and stay close to Georgetown. Everything is within a few minutes from this home. Great place to stay when visiting Exuma.

It was a very nice day and the owners were great people I have one suggestion if you rent this property make sure that you rent a Jeep because the road going to the property is not meant for cars but other than that everything is perfect

Great place and great hosts

We stayed for 6 nights. Willy responded quickly to one minor issue we had and everything was great all week. The place has a beautiful view. The location is central to most activities. The kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.

Week away from cold

We had a busy but relaxing stay in Exuma. Willy and Michele were prompt with any needs that arose. The location of Elizabeth was convenient to all local attractions. We’d stay again at the Villa Elizabeth when we return.

Location and View are Priceless

The home sits on a hill and has the best view. The view from the porch never gets old and you get caught just looking at the water. Most beautiful water I’ve ever seen! The home is comfortable, beds are great and it’s centrally located on the island. I would rent this place again without hesitation. Wonderful experience!

Luxury with a View

Michele’s home is wonderfully furnished and even nicer than the pictures online. Communication with her and Willy(the caretaker) was easy and friendly. The location is great several bars and restaurants in walking distance and an added bonus for us was the availability of beach chairs and an umbrella which made the beaches even better. Do yourself a favor a rent this villa!

My wife and I manage luxury properties including homes in Emerald Bay. I am a local Bahamian and truly wish to ensure that all my guests enjoy the beautiful island of Exuma and have a great vacation under my care.

We live in Florida when we started traveling to the Bahamas for vacation every year. Our son was only 7 when we decided to purchase land to build our vacation home. Now he is 20 years old and traveling there with his girlfriend. We traveled to all of the islands and fell in love with Exuma and the local people.

This home is up on the hill with wonderful breezes while sitting on the front porch overlooking the ocean. Watch the sunrise and the boats sail as you are drinking your coffee in the morning on the front porch or in dining room.
