6 couchages. 3 chambres / 2 bains: 1 roi, 1 reine, 2 singles. 2e niveau. 4 FSTV avec câble de base, Internet sans fil, lecteur DVD Blu-Ray. Solarium meublé et terrasse avec deux tables hautes et chaises longues. Vues sur l'océan, le phare, l'île Bald Head, la rivière Cape Fear et Southport. Une piscine à la fin du bâtiment avec accès saisonnier. Une piscine est également disponible dans les dunes de Caswell. Passerelle à la plage en diagonale de l'autre côté de la rue. Pratique pour le parcours de golf Oak Island. Jacuzzi dans Master bain plus une douche. Cheminée non à usage d'invité. Garage pour stocker le matériel de plage et un tuyau pour rincer le sable. Cannes à pêche, vélos, jeux de société, puzzles, livres et DVD disponibles pour les clients. L'entrée de l'unité se trouve à l'arrière du bâtiment au dernier étage. 44 niveau du sol à l'avant est une unité différente. Les locations de nuit sont disponibles. Également disponible en location mensuelle hors saison.
